Unsanitary establishment and rude, incompetent staff. Not only do the dishes always seem filthy as if they haven't been washed,... the Gen Z-aged staff can't solve basic problems like replacing the hand soap in the bathrooms (both bathrooms were completelyout of soap). One staff member had no idea where the hand soap was even stored. Another staff member who seemed annoyed andinconvenienced at the basic request gave up after 3 minutes and said, "Well, I can't figure out how to get the soap dispenseropen, so I guess we don't have any soap!" I then replied, "So you have absolutely no soap on the premises that I could use?"Another staff member assured me that they would "figure it out as soon as possible" and then immediately went on her break. Whatan absolute joke - Gen Z customer service in a nutshell. Haven't any of these employees been trained to do their jobs? Isn'thaving no hand soap (or the inability to refill it) technically a health code violation? Makes you wonder how they wash theirown hands behind the counter as they're preparing your food/beverage (if they even bother to at all). Save your money (and yourhealth) and go elsewhere. Read more
We just had lunch at The Roost and I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich which I completely enjoyed. The Buffalo sauce was... wonderfully subtle and didn't dominate the sandwich, and the slaw and bread were tasty compliments to the perfectly preparedjuicy roasted chicken. I will definitely order this again on my next visit to Northampton! Read more
Always love coming here because of the cleanliness and good atmosphere! Staff is always very friendly. The tropical smoothie... here is my absolute favorite, as well as the sour dough grilled cheese. Great selection of baked goods as well, always supertempted to grab some more. Read more

Great coffee, great food, and oh so many vegetarian options. Their smoked tofu sandwich with fresh veg was superb. Great feel,... clean and friendly. If you have time you can play board games with your friends right inside roost while sipping on that greatcoffee, what a blast! ???? Thank you staff. ? Read more
The Roost hosts a variety of food options and great local beers. Located off the main road, I highly recommend coming by here to... enjoy the nice coffee and beer selection. WiFi is available during the week, however on the weekends the WiFi is turned off,for good reason! Read more
Good healthy sandwiches and salad choices. Vibe is friendly there are board games and puzzles...an atmosphere that invites... loitering! There is everything to drink from milk shakes to cocktails. Desserts look great. Coffee is good and they also sellbags of branded whole bean. Read more
