Terrible customer service at this location. The manager (Angel) came running out of the back room screaming to the other workers... ?DONT SERVE HIM? because I wasn?t wearing a mask. I was standing well over 6? from anyone and behind the glass partitions. Ifelt verbally attacked and even the other people in line were shocked by her unprofessionalism. This location in well known forhaving issues and can?t keep employees, which is why they aren?t open past 5:30pm. I own a local business in town and couldn?timagine speaking to a patron in that manor. Subway needs to really look into who they hire. I won?t be shopping at that locationanymore which unfortunately means that our company will also be fueling all of our work trucks elsewhere. Read more

Honestly I don't typically do reviews but tonight my girlfriend and I had went there for dinner. I had also picked up 2 other... sandwiches while there, making for four foot longs in total. The girl there, I believe her name tag said dj, was absoutelyfantastic. The other subway employee went outside as this poor girl toughed out 4 different foot longs for us. Not a singlecompliant she was very patient with my soft spoken girlfriend while having a tough time trying to hear my girlfriend (assumingit was tough as I could barely hear her order as I was standing next to her). As someone who has always went to this Subway asit's close to home I will say tonight was the best service I had hands down in the last five years or so. Absoutely great to saythe least it would be a five start but you did lose one star on me when the younger guy walked outside after hearing we wereordering four sandwiches but Dj however, Dj deserves a raise. Purchased a sandwich here and may I say, the service here was horrible. The two young teens or young lady's were Slow and... unprofessional, the food was not even fresh, I asked for a chicken breast and it took one of them about 5 mins to go back andget a 'Frozen one'; which I highly believe they did gave me an old one. They cared less about the quality of service and foodthat they were serving, Subway or the Franchise Needs to look into this issue, its seem like they don't read the reviews,there is consistency of bad reviews and nothing has changed in this location. Stopped here about 20 after 7 for my meal break. They are usually really good and fast here. tonight however two people in front... of me the lady making the sandwiches could have cared less, was going extremely slow, I had to leave. Not sure if I'll be back. Read more

Always takes forever to get food from here. Mostly local teens that work here that don't really care. Got soup along with my... sandwich the other night. When I got home and opened it, it was so thick you could cut it with the spoon! Very bitter. Didn'teat it! I wish there was some care in this store because I really enjoy subway... Read more

Extremely slow service. Line was forming while only one employee made sandwiches. Ordered 2 cookies and was charged for 3. They... were not fresh! My kids wouldn't even eat them they were so old. The bread was stale, when I opened my sandwhich there werebread crumbs all over. Please serve fresh product, I'd rather be told "we're out of an item" over paying for junk. Read more

I went to this Subway 3 times in the last 2 weeks, 2 times were right at dinner and they didn't have any meat. Last week they... had 1 pizza and salad?? I'm not a fan of Subway in the first place but that was ridiculous. Yesterday I stopped to get gas anddecided to get a sandwich for lunch. There was hardly anything in the meat trays and only one person making sandwiches asanother worker was just walking around. There was a line ahead and behind me so after standing there 20 minutes I just walkedout and went to Burger King in Walnutport. The funniest thing happened, in lin at BK there was a Subway worker (from a differentSubway) and I told them about the one on 329 and they laughed and said they here that all the time. Consistently slowest service I've ever experienced at any subway. Employees are extremely unprofessional. Literally every time... I go here there is an employee that looks to be off the clock that is still hanging out loudly talking in the side room to theother employees, while there's one person slowly working! If you go here and you're second in line... expect to wait about20-30 minutes before you are walking out the door with your food. Also, literally ... And I truly mean LITERALLY every timeI've been there... They are out of some ingredient... Or they have no cookies made. The job is easy... Read more
