This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered meatballs, mozzarella cheese, and a pepperoni... pizza. The meatballs were kind of crumbly as if they had a lot of bread crumbs in them. The cheese was very good. The pizza hada thin dough crust, no crisp at all, and the sauce didn't give off a lot of flavor. I honestly was a bit disappointed for a woodfired pizza place. On a scale from 0-100 I would rate this 71. REPLY TO THE REPLY At no point here did I make a comment aboutthe wait or lack of kitchen coordination. I simply reviewed the food. Been to Anzio’s multiple times before tonight and never had anything to complain about. Tonight I went there with my husband... and two kids. We all got pizzas. I think my husbands pizza was the worst out of the 4. The middle of the crust was as thin asparchment paper ( not able to hold a slice he was forced to use a fork) very soggy, way too oily, the oil was just dripping. Ithink the worst pizza we have had in a very long time. To top it off, after our payment was processed I realized we got a chargefor an extra drink which we didn’t have (having to deal with the refund was just a pain) Very disappointing!!! Read more

Few options for non dairy eaters however the flavor of the food was outstanding! Tables could have been cleaner. One table that... was supposedly ready had ready had trash on a dish. The waitress was friendly and attentive. My drink glass was sticky from thedrink I ordered but was very delightful! Dessert was super rich, dense, and packed full of flavor. Great toppings, TERRIBLE dough. Flavorless, no elasticity. It's like you took a frozen pizza crust, or wonder bread and put it... in a brick oven with good toppings. Clearly not kneaded or fermented. Likely made with sugar. Such a SHAME Read more

Attended a surprise birthday party on April 30th and had no idea that the birthday girl’s fiancé had hired the Anzio’s... Brick Oven Pizza Truck until it rolled up! There were two guys working the truck and they were professional and highlyorganized. All the pizzas were made on-site as evidenced by the flames from the brick oven and the pizza dough being tossed intothe air inside the truck. They made many different pizzas, (plain, margherita, meat lovers, etc) and all were delicious. Ifyou’re looking for a food truck for an event, I highly recommend Anzio’s! You won’t be disappointed! I was a fan of this place when they were in Grafton but my last order was incredibly horrible. On September 14th I ordered a... Margherita Pizza and this is what I received, zoom in. They even folded the pizza over to fit in the box and who even knows whatthat is, for sure its not basil! One bite and threw it out.
