Food was very good. I ordered chicken starter and it was best. Margaritas were not so great. Service was slow but they were... trying to get to us and asking if everything is good. I cannot stress my love for Rancho Corona . It’s my go-to spot for birthdays and/or celebrations. The food is always authentic... and delicious, and the staff are passionate people. My usual order is the enchiladas tapatías, and I love it every time. Highlyrecommend! Read more

Stopped in yesterday for Cinco de Mayo, there was a wait to be seated as expected but it was well worth it. We ordered two... margaritas from the bar while we waited - a blue marg and a toro marg and both were great, with generous pours. Once we wereseated we got a couple of rounds of warm chips with salsa and the Taquitos Rancheros - these were incredible, came out pipinghot and the chicken was tender and juicy. I got the Fajitas Texanas for an entree which came with chicken, steak, and shrimp. Iswapped out refried beans for extra rice without an issue. Portions were huge, you’ll definitely have leftovers!! Not a bad volume for the price but the food wasn't as well prepared as I had hoped. The meat inside of the enchiladas was... overcooked and dry, and the worst was the chille rellenos which was soggy and saturated with oil (No that isn't "just howrellenos is"). Great choice for Mexican food. Nice colorful decor, prompt service, delicious food. I would skip the soda, too much ice and too... little soda- but we went there for the food, not necessarily for the soda- and really liked all our dishes. Will go back again. Read more

I was very pleasantly surprised about Rancho Corona restaurant, its tucked away in a small plaza , however when I walked inside... and saw everything was so authentically Mexican, I became very hopeful about this place, I loved the decor , their chips arehomemade you can taste it, salsa was delicious. I ordered street Mexican chicken tacos and a Cadillac Marguarita both werewonderful. The place was packed , I can understand why .... so far this is my favorite Mexican food. Loved it . Read more
