Extremely slow service, rude/irresponsible staff. they dropped my food order on the floor(which is fine, accidents happen) but... the staff member didn't even bother making it again. She just moved on and never put in a substitute order. So am I justsupposed to walk away ? Read more

I've always liked this place. They were always friendly and on top of things. Like most businesses the pandemic / employee... turnover has had an effect on this place. I totally get it, it's very hard to deal with the turnover, and I give them kudosfor their persistence. I predict they'll push through it, and come out shining. Read more

I always come to this starbucks and get coffee's for my job. I've spent so much on coffees this week here. Today was the worst... experience i have ever had. I came by at like 9:15 and went inside because I had a 7 coffee's to order. When i first walked inthe girl taking the orders was on her phone. Thats already bad because she shouldn't be doing that when there is customers infront of her face. She took my order and never even asked for my name which other starbucks do so you can know which coffee'sare yours. The girl that was making the coffee's was very rude because she made the coffees and the last 3 she made I wasn'tsure who it was for because it wasn't mine and since there was no name how was I supposed to know if it was for me or thegentleman standing there as well. I realized that they were for me but they were wrong I approached her and stated first that Iwas sorry but the coffee's that supposedly were mine were wrong. She then said "You should tell me its wrong instead of watchingme make it" In my head all i thought was WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH THIS GIRL. You work at a coffee shop honey your jobisn't rocket science, and as far as i'm concerned that's not the way you respond to customers. I kept my composure because Imanage a company and I don't like to react at the heat of the moment. This girl whoever she is, needs to learn customer serviceand not respond like that. She had reddish orange glasses and she was the worst. All I know i will never again approach thatstarbucks because if i see her again I will be rude right back. I will contact HR and everyone so they can do something abouther because she is awful. Read more

first of all their attitudes were awful at the speaker. i get one of my drink taste like straight water! My second drink didnt... even have everything it was supposed to. they didnt even fix the first drink so i couldnt even ask for the second one to befixed. will never come back to this location again. Today we had the best ever experience at a Starbucks. Super fast, friendly, helpful, and made our day. Despite the midday... grocery rush, the guy made great conversation, helped us load spent grounds for the garden into our car, and then brought out apuppy-cino for our dog. Will be back again soon!!
