Extremely rude manager and staff. They completely avoid eye contact with customers and act like they don't see you. Today was a... free pretzel day from Tmobile tuesdays, where you have 5min to claim your free pretzel once you click on the claim button onyour phone. so when the manager and his staff saw customers walk up to order they either avoid customer interactions so thattime on their coupons would run out or they would lie to customers that coupon didn't work at all or it only worked as buy oneget one free... they forced people to buy pretzels even though they advertized or agreed to give free ones to tmobile customers.Big liars and cheaters!!
