Wow what a difference in one month. Disappointing. All the wings were naked and sauces provided in little cups. Never seen this... . Not. The same. Then we ordered online and went to pick up and the order had not arrived by internet yet. The staff looking itup said "oh , we just recieved it." On the one note the young staff were very polite. Though I went to bar and got to killsometime there, the place was in need of general cleaning. Need to get some upper management attention here. The Brand shouldbe making a killing here. First time and last time visiting a BWW. Only positive was the Buffalo tater tot appetizer. The wings weren?t good, the service... was bad, and the beer was gross. Didn?t finish any of the food. The bartender paid more attention to the MNF game on TV and hisfantasy team over his guests. I had one modelo and didn?t even finish it, too flat and gross. It's been a while since I've last been to a BDubs! Service as usual is about what you can expect, friendly and helpful. The... wings looked juicy and were very tender. It'd be great if they offered gloves from seafood boil places for the bone-in wings,but I think I'll just get them boneless next time. Read more
