Generally good service but they have the music turned up so high it is difficult to talk to another person. When asked to turn... it lower they say the control is in the office and no one is there with a key. Apparently, the manager is seldom at this store. Read more

Came to this location to order a coffee, employee working the closing shift was snotty, and told me the drink that I ordered... isn't available. When I asked which ones are he told me just look at the menu. Sounded high on top of it, get it togetherdunkin. This is why yall trash Read more
I was at this location the other day around 5:15 p.m. I ordered a cup of coffee and a plain donut. It was the freshest donut... I've ever had at any DD location. I didn't eat the whole thing I put it in a plastic container and it was just as fresh the nextday. My cup of coffee was hot which is not always the case at D&D and it tasted like it was just made so fresh. I went throughthe drive-thru I was greeted with a smile and it was a great experience. Waited until I had 5 or 6 visits to rate: No access from North or East. No room for excess drive thru lane, parking lot gets... gridlocked. Employees usually can't speak well. Long wait times. I recommend the Dunkin donuts around the corner on Lake Cook;there could be 20 cars and it's no problem, they are the fastest drive through I have ever experienced. Just tried my breakfastsandwich, tastes like garbage. Again, Lake Cook, never had a problem in two years. Read more
I don't like reviewing fast food, but this was bad. They messed up my order in the drive thru and then I came in to get what... they forgot. It took me 8 minutes! Sandwich was cold and hashbrowns were squished (by the time I got them) and the staff gave noapology. Bummer. Just a huge disappointment. Plenty of other places I'll go next time. Read more
