The food was great; 0 complaints there. However, I stood at the counter for 30 seconds waiting for someone to come up and take... my order. When she finally did, she was so engulfed in her phone it took another 20-30 seconds for her to begin taking my order.Then, while I?m eating she comes to let me know that somehow she voided my payment and needed me to pay again. Part of me can?thelp but wonder if that had something to do with her attention being on her cell phone rather than doing her job. Someonedefinitely needs to be taught some customer service skills, and I?d like to believe cell phones aren?t allowed while you?reworking the register speaking to customers, but who knows? Read more

Came here while running errands on a Thursday. Lovely service, good ambiance, great burgers. Note that if you come you'll be... getting your hands a bit messy from them. Fries run a bit high but the amount of fries justifies it. (Good portion for havinganother person that steals fries) Read more

I needed a place to grab a bite while Best Buy was fixing my phone. This place turned out to be really good! I got my order to... go. I liked that the burger was in a nice container so it did not get squashed in the bag. The burger was really good . Youwill need a napkin or 2 if you get it fully loaded. All the toppings went together really well. It?s bigger than your bite sothings like to slip out. Be sure to have those napkins. Bun complimented the burger perfectly . The fries had a bit of an earthytaste. They are cut with the skin on so that is most of the reason or it?s maybe the oil. They were tasty and complimented theburger . The fries were not as nice looking as some places, but were not too oily or salty. The inside was clean and theservice was quick. Parking in front might get tight, but lots of parking in immediate area. Good place for that satisfyingburger fix that is more than just the high speed of a McD or Wendy?s . Burgers and fries came out quickly and it certainly tasted good. Fries were a bit too salty but burger was seasoned... appropriately. I wish the burger was more topping focused though. Great and friendly service here. Really easy-going vibe and everything was Clean in the restaurant. The burger and fries came... out quickly. I love a good burger, but this particular style was a bit heavy on the greasy side. It also tasted like a genericburger, nothing special or standing out. Good food. Will probably return. Loses a star for a couple of small issues: - Pickup time was underestimated. Took them quite a... bit longer to make than the app predicted. - Chicken is good but too expensive.
