Our family had a baby shower for my brother at Francesca’s North. The restaurant’s event coordinator Megan made the whole... process so easy and she was there to ensure that set-up and the party was going smoothly. Our servers were Greg, Margo andMoises. They were personable, quick and very communicative during our lunch. We went with the family style option andeverything was paced out perfectly. The food was delicious- especially the pastas and the assorted desserts. They even packed upour leftovers and set them on a table for our guests to take home. After having a wonderful lunch experience with my mother, husband, and toddler today I had to take a moment to write a review.... My mother and I were greeted warmly by the staff and seated promptly. We picked a seat in the sun as we wanted to take advantageof the beautiful weather to only change our mind a few minutes later as the sun was too much. Margo (our wonderful server whotruly goes above and beyond) completely understood and assisted us to a new table, fresh ice water, and checked in on ourcomfort. The food is delicious- my mother and I both agree this is our favorite Francesca's location. The fried artichokeappetizer is an absolute must! We sat outside during a summer rain storm- Margo continued to check in on us. During his lunchbreak my husband joined us. Margo was on top of it! Greeting him with ice water and a menu. Once the rain got to be too muchoutside we moved inside to our third table. Margo was on it! The food, drinks and service are impeccable. Francesca’s always has good food and a nice comfortable ambiance but the staff is what sets it apart. From the friendly... hostesses to the knowledgeable servers, they make sure you feel at home. But, the star of the show is the bartender, Pablo. Notonly will he make you exactly what you want and it’s delicious, but his personality and professionalism is above and beyond.My favorite part is talking with him when we sit at the bar and have a great night with friends. Fabulous dinner at Francesca's North! My sister Marvella Marion-Bowen and I ordered a variety of entrees and loved them all.... ???? ? Manager Danny was super pleasant and welcoming and offered great conversation. Our waiter Pablo was the best, friendlyand sweet, perfect.
