Very friendly service. I was able to pick up a lunch order first thing in the morning to take to work and have later.
4.5 STARS ?? ???? ?? ???? ? but there is no option for this I am a member of Panera?s sip club so I frequently visit different... locations since I have to be on the road often. I feared this place was not going to be so great because it?s in the middle ofa parking lot and looked kinda small.! I was wrong! What a pleasant surprise & I think this has to be one of my favoritePanera Bread locations.! Way to go manager!!! I love all of the simple & subtle but beautiful touches like the pretty littlesucculent jade planters that happily decorate each table, inviting people to sit, relax and enjoy! I also like the glass vasedecorating the women?s bathroom along with the fact that it looks and smells clean! I particularly enjoy the employees thatwere handpicked! You have a great crew here! They are in a great mood, seem happy to have a job and happy to see customers! Ihave visited this place 11 times thus far and each time I leave with a smile on my face! I have had 3 issues on separate daysand they were handled immediately! Just amazing! Problem 1, day 1: the large lids did not fit the large cups!??! I presentedthe problem to a young lady working behind the kitchen area counter. She and I tried several lids and then she realized thatthey must?ve ordered the wrong size lid. She called the manager over who immediately ordered the correct sized lids. Bravo!!! Problem 2, Day 2. (btw?Lids fit perfectly! ????) I used the restroom and I could barely wash my hands. The water wasso hot (& I am used to washing dishes in hot water) that it was steaming! I thought if a senior or child washed their hands,they?d definitely burn. So?. I walked over to the same young lady who happened be working the kitchen counter again & again, sheimmediately called for her manager to fix the temperature problem! ???? Bravo! Pretty much a typical big brand franchise/chain restaurant. It's ok but youll undoubtedly find better at a small independent... place. The kids menu is pretty poor and overpriced. A bit if cheese (cheap plastic stuff at that) melted on bread is deemed a"meal" ........I've no idea how! Thai chicken soup wasn't bad. Dark roast coffee wasn't dark enough. Never ordering a grilled cheese from here ever again.
I'm giving a 5 for Heather and Joe. Grub Hub/Door Dash didn't pick up our entire order and we were missing some things we... ordered. My drink was left in the bins and Panera forgot to put in something we paid for. In fact this happened a few times. Wecalled Panera to explain what happened. Joe took care of us. Refunded our entire order and told me I can come in to get thesmoothie that was never delivered. I came in to see Heather. She apologized and also gave me a free cookie. That was very kindof them. I am giving a 4 star because when we called to explain what happened, they said that they saw the driver leave it. I'mnot sure why they didn't tell the driver that the drink is part of the order. This happened more than once. They need a bettersystem if it's for deliveries. Need to make sure the drivers know that everything is ready to go and the orders are complete. Iknow it's busy and they can't always watch the driver pick up orders, but in cases for food deliveries, they need to make surethe entire order is being picked up. . Great food, and nice staff in just about every location I visit. They can't seem to get my pick up order right on occasion, but... still worth the trip. I'm a regular for breakfast and occasionally for lunch. Read more

Just as other 1 star reviewers already mentioned, do not spend another dollar of your hard earned money here. For starters the... GM of this store is not ready for prime time and should be transferred and/or terminated for her devisivness and hatred for herpatrons. She is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and very disrespectful to not only me, but many of the members of myrunning group that come here weekly and also posted 1 star reviews. Since nobody likes to read a long drawn out books will keepthis short. Bottom line I came into this store with the intent of using my $15 care team credit for the very same issue I had atanother Panara- I ordered my meal for "dine-in" and they had made it to go. Since my food was sitting there for several minutesI just told them to refund my money which they did but with a snarl(this was another location) So when I came to this store touse my $15 care credit, they pretty much made the same mistake again. Unbelievable! I ordered my flat bread pizza with a greengoddess cob salad for "dine in," once again the incompetent cashier even after I said 2x it was for "dine in" made it to go.Meanwhile I waited patiently 10 minutes for my meal and it was never made. After going up and asking politely about why it wasnot ready they pointed to the to go bag and told.me that was mine no problem they would transfer it to a plate. I had requestedthem to remake my order for obvious reasons. The GM and a kitchen staff member assured me 3 times my meal would be re-made fromscratch, they even brought my food to the table but after a quick bite I realized they had lied to me- they had never re-made itfrom scratch because it was cold and the cheese was no longer gooey. I order this all the time it is so hot I can barely touchit.
