Horrible experience. I walked in and was greeted by a nasty host that shouldn't be the face of a restaurant. The whole place was... very overwhelmed. She talked to us in a very condescending tone that she has nothing for an hour didn't offer a wait list oranything. I asked for the manager and she gave another nasty response of "NO" finally the manager/owner came out and was rushingthe entire conversation. He even told me his kitchen was currently going down due to talking to me!! Not only did we leave butwe will certainly not be coming back. Obviously this place suffers from poor standards and poor management. ???????? Theowners response to this post is incorrect. We had no problem with waiting but the tone and how we were treated led to our quickdeparture. There was no "misperception" as he's trying to paint it, it was just flat out RUDE service. This wasn't an event ofan over dramatic customer that had set unrealistic expectations. These were calm individuals who were willing to wait until theHostess and then owner snapped at them when asked for a table for 6. Nothing screams incompetence more than saying, "The kitchenis going down because I'm talking to you." Both my wife and I had previously been restaurant managers (5 years) and (3 years).So yes, we absolutely know what it's like to be on the other side and can say with an absolute certainty you were incorrect. They have the best potato skins. Their Burgers are good as well. Most recently, I had the chicken and steak fajitas, and it... tasted great and was generously portioned. Word of advice, get the extra side of guac. They have an ice cream cake dessert thatis unbelievable. The staff is usually super attentive. Great spot for good food, wonderful service despite being understaffed (as it is globally)

Wow. Just picked up an order curbside because it’s offered on the website and at their location and was rudely approached to... have some guy in black with dark hair and glasses open my passenger side door and shut it really hard. That’s never happenedto me in any curbside situation. That guy needs to relax and learn some customer service etiquette. The food is great but Idon’t think Ill ever give that guy an opportunity to open my door and slam it again. Smh… Read more

Delicious food, friendly service. Deep booths, tables, seating at the bar, and outdoor dining available. My food was excellent... both times I've visited here. During my last visit, my blackened fish tacos were expertly cooked and had a delicious flavor. Thesides came in little cups- I was hoping for bigger portions of rice and beans. Cocktails were served promptly in cold and cutefrosty glasses. Great spot for a casual, satisfying dinner with friends and family. Something for everyone on this menu! Youwont be disappointed. The atmosphere reflects the surrounding neighborhood. A lot of happy older folks- appeared to be"regulars." ???? Parking is available in front of and to the side of the restaurant. Extremely accommodating of young children, and very professional and went the extra mile of cleanliness, which is appreciated... going on year three of this Pandemic. The tilapia sandwich on rye was seasoned to perfection. I got to try their homemade chips and they were good. All of the food... looked appetizing. One guy at our table liked his Italian beef, but said portillos was better. Another was satisfied with hisburger. Our waitress was great, quick with the refills. Would reccomend this place. Read more
