I visited this store for the first time today. I visited after I first joined the Dunkin? Donuts app. I wanted to enjoy buying... doughnuts because there were offers that I could get. But I wasn?t used to finding offers on apps. I wanted her to help me withthat. But she left me looking for the app and went to get another order. I was displeased. She treated her customers with astern look until the end. Moreover, she had neither a smile nor kindness. It was a moment of disappointment with Dunkin? Donuts.Chicago is a city of doughnuts. There are many donut shop in the same town. Should I visit Dunkin? again with this feeling? Itwas a really unpleasant experience. I don?t want to visit this store again!!!!!!!! Review update: Decided to stop by here again to try out one of the new drinks they came out with, ?Peach Passion Fruit... Refresher?. The drive through was rather slow once again. Once I got up there I asked for a water with extra ice. She then toldme my total was $2.20, I handed her a gift card and she rudely replied with, ?you don?t have cash?. I let her know I wanted touse the gift card first before paying the rest off. She then told me after the gift card my new total was ?$2.87?, when I askedwhy it had gone up she replied with ?you wanted a water?. Once I drove off I realized they also messed up my order and gave methe strawberry refresher which has absolutely no taste and is rather boring. This was overall one of the worst Dunkin? DonutsI?ve ever been too and will not be returning. Ordered from the drive through, although the line was fast the lady that wastaking the orders was quite rude. I asked if she was ready and she yelled ?wait?, another minute went by and she said she wasready. When I started to place my order she once again yelled and said ?I?m not ready, wait?. I am the only one in the store at 9:40 on a Monday morning and man....I have never felt so uncomfortable. Manager made it seem... like they didn't want me walking in the door, let alone ordering anything. Ordered a sweetened iced tea and received it with aquarter inch of settled sugar on the bottom. Had to sweeten it myself. Store was super clean and tidy, but holy crow, I couldfeel the daggers aimed at the back of my head. Guy that works on the weekends is the RUDEST store associate I?ve ever encountered in my entire life!!!!! I?ve visited this... location a dozen times over the last two months and never had an issue with anyone until this past Saturday. It?s a drive upwindow and I always ask for the same drink with flavoring. There was an instant disconnect because he kept offering me things Ididn?t want, so I explained to him that I always get this particular drink,(in fact, a store associate recommended it. I livedit and started requesting it since). I pulled to his window and he still seemed confused. He accused me of being upset but Iwasn?t. I was actually more perplexed about his lack of customer service than anything else. I left after I received my drinkand then looked to call customer service which was closed. I came back today hoping that he wasn?t there. He had a line of carswaiting when I arrived due to him mostly working alone. When I heard him on the speaker, I kept my drink order simple andproceeded forward. He knew who I was apparently because he began rambling about the flavor I wanted being discontinued (that?sall he should have said yesterday), but I didn?t want anything but to get my drink and go. I pulled off and I heard him yellsomething to me as I pulled off. I came back and this time went inside the store. I had enough! All I wanted to know was if thislocation was a corporate or franchise because my objective was to contact management first thing in the morning. He kept mewaiting for almost five minutes in the lobby and went I asked what type of store this was he said he didn?t know.
