Great food and wonderful service even though they were pretty busy
I ordered a Denver omelette with hash browns. It was one of the worst omelettes I've experienced, flavorless, barely any... veggies, and no cheese. The service was HORRIBLE! Kathy was no happy to be there AT ALL! I had to ask for a refill on mywater AND coffee. The check was flung onto the table and I had to ask where to pay. When I went to pay the person the onlysaid to me was "credit? Want to leave a tip". I will NEVER visit this place again. I'm sorry y'all had to work on the 4th,maybe just close next year. Read more
The burger was so dried out I could not finish it. Disappointing. Might try something else next time? Service was good.
Fast and tasty. The second part I expected, not the first. We had our breakfast within 6 minutes of ordering. Friend got the... north field skillet and I got the Denver omelette. Something about a 3 times folded Omelette with ham off the bone...it'snostalgic and comforting. It was a busy Saturday morning but the visit was quick and the food was great. The reviews did NOT live up to the expectation. Decided to give this place a go because of the great reviews it had, I called in... for a to go order & was greeted by a rude host. While I was placing my order, the host started speaking to someone else on thephone, which was a bit unprofessional. Today’s order was for a “Cheese cheeseburger deluxe”, which was SUPPOSE to havebeen cooked well done. I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes, once I got there (10 minutes later) I had to wait anadditional 15 minutes before I received my food. I was also over charged a few dollars, so I asked for a receipt to see what hadhappen.. The host took a piece of paper and wrote “cheese burger” and the dollar amount. Since this was a local place, andmy first time in, I didn’t let it bother me. What really bothered me, was the food. Most of the fries were either overcooked,soggy or completely burnt. The burger was a complete disappointment.. Not only was it NOT well done, it was flavorless. A verydisappointing experience overall, had high expectations for the place. Read more

Its like they picked up the diner from childhood and placed it here in Northfield. If you were like me and had a great local... diner in town growing up this is this place! Food comes out super quick and its fairly priced (maybe under priced). Greatdiner, attentive staff (never have to ask for refill on my coffee)! Recommend! Read more
