Quality and prompt service. The staff always has a smile on their face (even if the mask doesn?t show it lol) and very friendly... greetings and they use your name once you pick up your drink to say bye, not just to call out the drink. The staff deserves anA+ Read more
It tends to be crowded, not very clean and loud. Otherwise the coffee is fine. Service is VERY slow, just like most Starbucks... because they have sooo many drink choices, electronic orders above in-store orders and one person making drinks. It used to bemuch better and has only gotten worse over time. Read more
Great location, quiet and cozy with great service. But the coffee is pretty average. I just dont understand why Starbucks coffee... have such inconsistent qualities. Some coffees are stronger and some are absolutely diluted. The milk and broth here in mylatte were nicely done. The coffee character was pretty mild. Read more
Never seen a sbucks so dirty! Drinks were made mediocre. I ordered a Chai Latte and it just tasted like cold water and nutmeg... which is probably what it tastes like, I'm not sure, i ordered it the first time and never will be again. There have been several times where this store messes up my order. Last week they gave me Chai Tea Latte without any additives... that I paid for. Today there is no bacon on my Bacon Gouda Sandwich.
