I don't normally do this, especially to a local business, but this system is broken. I placed an order for pickup. Huge line of... people ordering, so naturally you would think since you already ordered, you'd be able to go in and pick up your order. Nope. SoPolitely I called to let them know I had ordered online for pickup and my order should have been done, waiting. "Manager" saysorder isn't ready and to wait on line. I politely said, for an order I placed online? Someone won't run it out? He said Wait inline. We wait in line. Order should have been done and ready 18 minutes ago now. Pick up our order that "wasn't ready" so itshould be hot and fresh, right? Nope! Food was cold, fries cold! Seriously?! This is the best you can do? Half the time theorder is messed up! Haven't been here in ages. We had very bad service a few times. So we tried again. Love the fish sandwich and the inside isn't... open so it goes faster at the drive thru. Good service but we asked for 4 packs of a sauce an the worker gave us a hand full,over 10. Kind of wasteful if I was the owner trying to keep food costs down. Read more
