Absolutely disappointing. Ordered a pizza, waited for an hour and a half. The waiter came to our table and said they messed up... the pizza so they had to remake it and it would take 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later the waiter comes back and says they have afew tickets ahead so it will be 15-20 MORE minutes! We canceled our order and they still had us pay for drinks! Unbelievablypoor service. What a waste of time! Would never go back. Read more
Service was good. But food was not very good. I got a chicken caesar wrap w/ fries, my date got the Philly cheesesteak, and we... both got the boneless wings to share. The chicken is questionable for both the wings and the wrap, the sandwich he got had asmall bone in it! They were nice and took his sandwich off, but sadly the food made us not want to come back. Would have been nice to eat here. At 730 PM on a Monday, that was impossible. I've never seen a restaraunt that only had bingo... going on. Every single table full. Maybe a sign that Mondays, bingo only so we don't waste our time. Read more
In town for the night and Carbone's made space when no one else could take us because of some event going on at St. Olafs.... Service was great and food was pretty good. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta which was tasty and the other people in my partyseemed to enjoy their meals as well. Read more
We stopped by this little restaurant on our visit to Northfield MN. It was recommended by a local citizen, Carbones pizzeria has... a great environment and friendly service with good music. We tried the pizza buffet, they offered four pizza options at themoment, around noon, and Ceasars salad or BBQ as a side. And they have specials every day. My family like pizza so thisrestaurant was a good option for everyone. Read more
Horrible food , the French fires had been done in some very old grease , they came out looking dark and not fresh ( see pic )... and also It appeared the onion rings were made with all the left over grease.. (also see pic) and the grease droppings in ourbasket ?? Come on at least make the baskets presentable . I felt bad for the waitress as she tried her best to appease thesituation .. We also had the meatball sub and I think the meatballs were freezer burnt as they were very hard . I just hope withthe old grease they use doesn?t make anyone terribly sick .on a side note I have been to other Carbone?s and the food was goodin particular the new Prague location is excellent . Fun place for a drink and appetizers. Can be busy, but there are a lot of places to sit. If you like soft crust pizza this place... is for you. They do have a lunch pizza buffet weekdays that usually includes a couple of sides like main dishes. Staff are fastand pleasant. Weeknight specials are good. This morning we had the Sunday omelette buffet. What a deal! Only $7 Included aBloody Mary with chaser and lots of great food. Be aware you?ll be eating off plastic plates with plastic utensils. Don?t go here! They have the rudest and most vile staff ever! The mean servers and bartenders are disgustingly rude employees... who should be fired and find a different job where they don?t treat customers like second class citizens!
