Unfortunately, this is by far the worse pizza/wings we have had. Wrong pizza order, ordered Hawaiian and got ham. Wrong wings,... ordered traditional and received burnt boneless. Got the sauces correct. They were busy, but this was a sad experience. Read more
Ignored and another customer had been helped by a manager as I was in line. Very unprofessional. ???? Pizza is good, but be... careful if you have a gluten intolerance. ???? The employees of this location have no respect for the community. Nobody deservesto be disrespected, get disrespect from employees it will boomerang right back! Customers should never feel scared or unsafe, somake sure employees don't have a chip on their shoulders! Respect is earned not given. Also, time for a little truth serum forthose people who lie or portray a bad image! Nobody would never tolerate it. Post a sign if you want to refuse people service orfire the tight knit team members that might be doing secretive bullying. It's hard enough to find good help amongst thepandemic, but don't add on your stress on anyone. Things are bad enough. Just got a Door Dash delivery from Casey's. Not sure, who does the shopping, but they need to PAY ATTENTION! I ordered 4 Sweet... Teas & got 1 sweet tea & 3 unsweetened teas. Ordered 2 bags of m&ms (peanut butter) & got 2 bags of peanut m&ms. Didn't getany notification/request about replacings my items, with stiff I didnt want. PAY ATTENTION, shoppers. PLEASE. Would not recommend ordering pizza from this location. Incompetent, absent minded people work at this store and have forgot to... make my order, twice. Really sucks when you prepare other food items and your pizza order never shows up! Read more
That's not what that Casey's looks like in the picture, it's dirty and they main steam credit cards excepted at the pump, gave... it 2 stars because the pizza is good if you can get it fresh. Read more
Casey?s pizza is the best! Today, 08/16/20, I ordered a pizza to be picked up at 11:20am. The person doing the orders was kind... enough to call me and tell me he was running a few minutes late. Very nice of him to call and let me know. Our pizza was freshand delicious, as always! Excellent customer service and as far as I am concerned, the best pizza in Northfield! Read more
We get a lot of pizza from Casey's, I love their pizza! Last weekend I ordered and came in 40 minutes later to pick it up. I... was informed that they had been "slammed in the meantime" and it would be another 15 minutes. I left and returned 20 minuteslater. I was met with blank stares when I gave my name and order. They did not have it, somebody mentioned it had been there,but now it wasn't. Hmmm....they were sorry and returned my money. An hour and a half (it takes me 15 minutes to drive intotown) that I won't get back. I contacted the service department to voice my displeasure. It states that company PresidentTerry reads every single one of them. He must not have thought that my complaint did not need a response. We ate at Pizza Hutlast night. Read more
DO NOT order pizza from here!!!! On the last 3 occasions we've ordered from here are pizza is either made completely wrong, not... cooked, under cooked, and/or mutilated in it's cutting. There are far better places to get pizza in town. Plus, the service heresucks. I have on multiple requests asked for refunds or replacements and have been either ignored or passed around from personto person. If I could give negative starts I would!!! Read more
