I ordered my pizza for no contact pizza delivery via online ordering through my Domino?s phone app at approx at 4:20 pm. I got a... message almost right away that my pizza was baking in the oven. Then I got a message that Guilloma had left the store and was inmy neighborhood. And waited and waited for the door bill to ring. It never did. And then I saw his delivery car was going backto the store. I called the store and Guilloma was back to the store. He swore up and down that he delivered to my house but nopizza was ever received. Went there yesterday Monday 8/15/22 ordered a salad, pizza, and wings, the most atrocious thing we ever ate. The pizza was... stale, the cheese was bad, the wings were terrible, and the salad was lettuce. The staff was rude, when I went back for arefund. The man making the pizza argued with me, about how they were short staffed. Finally got a refund. Disgustingplace!!!! AVOID!!!! Read more

Zero stars. GM arrogant, rude, and has a lack of customer service and problem solving skills. Jacob, the general manager... should understand that dealing with issues that arise due to his staff's lack of training and miscommunication is part of hisjob. Jacob needs additional training on how to handle customer service issues. His approach is unprofessional and abrupt andgives Domino's a bad name. B&L Pizza was amazing! Read more
Terrible leadership at this location Jacob the general manager of this store was rude, arrogant and should not be in the... business of customer service. I urge dominos to consider who they choose to lead their stores as I am positive they would bedisgusted with how he spoke to us. An issue that arose because of his staff members became our problem and he refused to evenlisten to us and kept interrupting. When you chose a position in leadership you chose to deal with these issues. Clearly, heeither has no leadership experience or training OR he?s just incompetent at his job. I would not recommend doing business hereespecially for large party?s as you?ll likely have to deal with him. Jacob if you see this I urge you to consider a differentcareer path that does not include customer service! Definitely the best dominoes I?ve ever eaten. Very fast delivery and bring it right to your dorm. If they mess up at all and you... call them they?ll fix it immediately (only happened 1x) Very friendly people! Highly recommend! Read more
I like Domino's pizza, But I will not be ordering from this place again. Last night was the final straw, I ordered 3 pizzas from... them and one of them came with tons of salt on top of it! The other 2 were ok, but someone thought it must have been funny togive the kid with Parkinsons the salt shaker. Good God it was horrible. I waited for an hour and a half for pizza because oflack of staff and this is what I receive for it. I'm done with this location, if you want a good Domino's go to the New Marketlocation if possible. I tossed the pizza in the trash along with their phone number and any future business. Read more
