2.5 stars. The food was tasty enough, but we felt ignored and they forgot some of our food. They also couldn?t sub anything for... the meat and had no meat alternatives, so as vegetarians, we basically paid a meat tax - paying the same price for the meal thatis 1/3 meat and they couldn?t bring us toast or hash browns instead. It?s too bad, because it?s not hard to accommodatevegetarians, but we probably won?t return. Read more

Overall the food is good and I was very pleased with the service. One con which to me was a major con (and probably only to me)... is that apparently Perkins got rid of their twin berry or boisenberry (can't remember which is was called) pancake syrup. Thisactually really annoyed me. I have loved that syrup for probably 30 years and apparently now it's gone. I still gave them 3stars because the food was good, but the only reason I went there was for pancakes with that syrup, because of that I can't bumpthem to 4 stars. I guess I won't frequently be attending Perkins any longer. Sad days. Read more
We had a party of nine and the restaurant was busy. We were seated within 5 minutes. Waitress was funny, friendly and very... accommodating to the big group. She split all the checks correctly. The restaurant was very clean. Food was served quickly andwas very good. Would recommend! Read more
I took my son out for breakfast as I have the day off, and went to Perkins for my favorite egg and cheese omelet. We were seated... right away, waitress very nice and we had our food in like 5 minutes!! Meals were delicious and coffee was the best. Uponleaving I noticed a beautiful American flag on the wall so I commented how much I loved it. The gentleman manager told me thatyes, "because of Northfield City, they always received a hard time about the big American flag that we had outside, and that iswhat Perkins is known for", so they had to take it down from outside! Being brought up in a military family, and husband serving26yrs with 3 deployments, that makes me so sad and appalled to live in Northfield MN. Hence why in several years when we retire,we will be leaving Northfield forever. Keep up the great job with your restaurant, food and service. From one woman who knowsall too well what it's like to have a Father and husband, whom fought and gave their all to our Country, my hats off to you foryour patronize and standing up to Northfield City. ???????? Great meal. Had the Chicken Pecan Salad sandwich w/ Strawberry salad. Very Good meal! I would eat at this establishment again.

Service was quick even with a fairly busy post-holiday weekend winding down. The food is similar to what you'd expect from a... chain restaurant; I liked it. You can order breakfast or lunch over the noon hour. Checks could be split. Read more
