I swear this place is ran by middle schoolers! Every other order is incorrect. The staff lack basic social skills; such as... greeting your customer and making direct eye contact. My last order was taken by a boy, who is literally going through puberty!His voice was so high we had to do a double take. I understand this company wants to employ all but, the quantity of employeesyou have is affecting your quality. Food for thought, pun intended! Read more
Great hours for Northfield...one of the only places open really early and open quite late. My order has ALWAYS been right.... Never had an issue and staff was always friendly. Read more
Always have loved the food here but the woman who I'm assuming is the manager makes me never want to go back. Very rude,... impatient, and unwilling to help you in anyway. This was during lunch hour Fire her and I can guarantee that you will nolonger be understaffed. Read more

The taco bell drive thru is always very efficient & moves quickly. Staff is always pleasant & helpful. The food is consistently... good except for the grilled chicken which I avoid (not specific to this location). A+!!! Read more
