Ordered my food at 6:30 pm and it?s 8:30 PM and still no food! I will never order from this place ever again!

Ordered food at work for delivery. The food is good, cannot say otherwise, however, ordered two salads and it has taken them... over 1 hour to deliver my food, mind you, it takes 2 mins in car to get to my location. this is not the first time either,customer service not good. Now i'll just take my salad, once it arrives anyway, (over1.5 hrs) and stare at it since i am nowback to work because although i called an hour before my break time, i did not get the food on time. This place has delicious food. Quality and so good. The soups are amazing. I had the potato and it was the best I've had... since my last trip to Ireland. It's hard to get such good food around here especially delivery. I had grilled cheese withbroccoli and the food was hot and not soggy when it arrived and that in and of itself is a miracle. Lastly the nachos.... Oh.My. God. The nachos. They were so good. So well layered and flavored. I have not been able to stop thinking about this food. Iam stuffed. But I want more. My wife and I had dinner there recently, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners were very gracious, and catered to our every... need. We had Mediterranean Pasta and Lobster Ravioli with Shrimp. We also sampled their appys (Bruschetta, Veggie Quesadillas,and Grilled Eggplant. Their prices are also very reasonable. We had a great time, and next time we'll bring more people with us! Read more
I absolutely love the Chicken Florentine Panini. I do order out very regularly for lunch. However I have stayed away from... ordering from Fresco as it is over an hour each time for delivery for one sandwich. Sadly I wait an hour even before calling tosee where my lunch is. And EVERY time I call I am told it is leaving now. I decided to order from there today as I was sureit was going to be different. I called at 12:08pm (with expectation of about 1-1:15 arrival) at 1:15pm still no lunch. Icalled to see where my lunch was . . . And the normal answer it?s leaving now . . . So 1:21pm my ONE sandwich ordered from aplace not even 1/4 a mile down the road who offers delivery arrives. So frustrating and disappointing. . . Delicious food butthe aggravation of the waiting makes the food not worth it. . . I?m sure it won?t have an impact but I will not be ordering fromthere for myself any longer. Our office receives lunches from outside vendors as well and I will no longer suggest orderingfrom Fresco. Read more
Worse service ever. Order 2 paninis , wings and a burrito and after an hour and 20 mins we called and asked what was going on... with our order. The guy we spoke with said it is going out the door now , another 40 mins and still no food call back and tellthe guy what?s going on with our order you said it was out the door guy said I never said. We asked if it went out he said ohwe are sending it now?.. ridiculous and horrible service. If I could give this a negative star review I would. Read more
