This use to be a very nice professional establishment! I dont know what happened. They are very unprofessional. The cashier has... such and attitude its shows throughout her whole demeanor! I can understand why because the manager has one as well!! Food isso costly these days and you can?t afford to not be professional or go above an beyond the call of duty! Your customers are yourjob security! People continue to patronize to help keep the businesses up and running! We dont have to patronize you. Thisbusiness can easily go down just like the others without the support of the customers! I will be taking my few dollars somewhereelse where it is appreciated! Read more
This location has very low standards and an attitude problem. The food looks like they keep it sitting in the same spot. The... vinaigrette is why i eat Chipotle and it was horrible. The older lady cashier seems to have a attitude problem like she dontwant to work. I am a truck driver so I eat at alot of Chipotle across country. This is one of worst tasting stores. Read more

So today myself and my friend decided to have Chipotle for lunch. So with the first bad experience I decided to give one more... try. First time I placed my order and forgot to get my tomatoes and I asked the girl to add tomatoes she took a heaping spoonand put it on my food with a attitude. If she would have did my chicken and steak like that I would not have been mad. Fastforward to 8/16/2022 between 1 p.m and 1:30ish I believe I placed my order and added a small drink and chips. The person thatrang out my order was a caucasian young lady who had different colors in her hair. I got my order and I opened up my chipsbecause apparently the chips are not as fresh as they say and so I asked for another one because again they were stale like thefirst time I ate there she then reached for another bag I said no can I have some fresh out of a box or bag ( meaning from aunopened box or bag ) she turned around and with a attitude and went in the kitchen came out with something in her right handand placed that down and scooped me some chips that was sitting in a uncovered bin on the shelf right behind her were the otherbagged chips were. These chips also were also stale. Then not paying attention my friend was over charged for her food and wasrefunded some of her money back. Sorry but we won't be coming back. I could have been a secret shopper placing my order and thisbehavior would have caused a poor review under customer service. She didn't even round out my order with have a nice day. Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Got there at about 9pm on a Sunday. They close at 10pm. They bagged our meals and I said... "can't we eat here?" They told me we could eat outside but the dining room was closed. I look over and there are trash cansblocking the way. I asked how I was supposed to get outside if the path to the patio was blocked. The girl walked over andmoved a trash can with her foot. She came back and said " there you can use the door." I was going to give 2 stars for thefood being ok but the fajita veggies were just about uncooked. They ran out of guacamole and did not give me a normal portion. Not worthy of upgrading to 2 stars. The only "OK" portion was the kid in the beginning. He was not exactly stellar but did atleast go get more meat from the online line since I ordered double. He seemed sedated but at least he tried. I came here around 7:00-7:10 and ended up leaving without food because of my experience. If you're gluten free do not come... here. An employee scraped rice out of a tortilla and poured it back into the bin for someone else to have in their bowl.Completely unsanitary and unsafe if you can't have gluten or are gluten intolerant. If you're vegetarian/vegan, do not comehere. They mix the spoons up and carelessly drop meat into the fajita veggies and vegetarian options. If you don't wan't salsaor guacamole with corn, cheese, lettuce or sour cream mixed in do not come here! All their sauces are mixed up (because again)they mix the spoons up. I asked the young man at the toppings if I could have some red hot salsa that didn't have sour cream andcheese in it and he slammed his hands on the counter and walked away. I asked for chicken on my tacos and I kid you not eachtaco had 4/5 tiny crumbs of chicken. Nowhere near a full serving. Read more
Stopped in for a bowl meal on a Sunday evening. Food was good and fresh. Service was timely.
