Very nice order taker. The Reuben was great but the curly fries were cold and old.

They gave me wrong order. I called manager said come back whenever and bring receipt and they will fix it. I did the next day, ... the female manager yelled at me for going through drive through, made me pull around and brought me another wrong sandwich.Then she argued with me implying I'm lying. I told her ill just call corporate, she threw sandwich I didn't want in my car. Icalled corporate number was busy, looked online arbys site was down. I go to chick fil a now instead ???? Read more

Went and spend 37 dollars for me my wife and my son the food was black on the classic roast beef and French dip was all black... and we weren?t going to eat that so that?s 37 bucks down the drain and had to order other food as it was 10pm at night I plan ontrying to get my money back some how please do your self a favor and do not go there save your time and money Read more

I just don't understand why the drive through is so slow. It is painful. I would happily give more information but the link you... provided asks for way too much personal information. Just note that if you are sitting at a speaker for 10 mins and no oneacknowledges your existence you start to wonder if you should hop the curb and go somewhere else. We ordered the beef gyros and they were literally thrown together. The meat was in one part of it I mean they could take some... pride in what they do and spread it out and prepare it the way it looks in the pictures. For the price we paid I would expect itto be better. Read more

UPDATE: I added another star to my review. I am extremely impressed that the owner responded to my review within HOURS of me... posting it. I understand how hard the service industry has been hit, particularly restaurants. Thank you for seeing my review,taking the time to reply, and taking action! I have confidence that this issue will be resolved. **** I ordered the new baconbrisket French dip. I've had it before from another Arby's and it was amazing. At this Arby's it was very poorly made. Just onebite of my sandwich contained cheese and there were only two, paper thin, 1/2 slices of bacon. My husband's curly fries wereserved cold as if they had been sitting out for a while. Our other fried sides (poppers and mozzarella sticks were warm.) Welove Arby's and typically go twice a month. We just moved to this area and I am very disappointed in the quality from thisArby's. I am very patient and understanding, especially with staffing issues and busy drive-through's. However, today was notthe case. The drive- through guy and the manager on duty spend most of the time chatting and joking while they worked. All I askis if the fries have been out a while, remake them. When making an expensive specialty sandwich, take pride in your work, or atleast make it how it's supposed to be made. ( the picture is of my sandwich showing the only bacon and cheese on one half. The restaurant is fairly new and it was very clean. All the tables were free from debris and appeared to be recent wiped down.... The food came out hot, correct and looked appeasing. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was ok. However, they doneed to work on speed and making sure the cashier is trained and ready to be left alone. Read more
