This I would say is the best Mexican restaurant I've been to in Thornton. The food is really good. I won't be able to judge if... it's authentic because I'm not Mexican. Don?t go if you?re vegetarian or vegan I asked for a vegetarian meal; it is specified to be vegetarian and found meat in my... taco. Server tells me everything is cooked on the same grill!! I.e. not vegetarian. Service was bad, talked down to for askingfor something vegetarian and specifically saying it needs to be that. My partner ordered a combo with beef and got one beefburrito and one cheese enchilada when he ordered a burrito and a taco. So disappointed with how many good reviews it has. I've only eaten here once and it was fantastic. I'm not giving it five stars or reviewing it for that. I'm giving it five... stars because their Salsa is AMAZING! I have ordered chips n salsa to go from here probably about 30 times. Now I just buy itby the quart even though they offer 3 different sizes. Football parties, order salsa. Margarita night, order salsa. Hungover the next day, Grub Hub some salsa. Don?t get me wrong, there food is good too but their salsa is heroin level addictive. Read more

Just got a take out order and opened the barbacoa tacos only to discover a very disappointing excuse for tacos. It looks like... they just slapped a chunk of meat on uncooked large corn tortillas, the carne asada was pretty good but again tortillas weren?tcooked and were just depressing excuses for ?tacos? the barbacoa here isn?t much better than chipotle. I took the tortillas outcause they?re just falling apart when I try to pick one up. Going to warm up and actually cook my own tortillas now. Can?t saymuch about the other food but definitely not the place to get bomb street tacos in particular barbacoa, just pay the same atBeltrans for some real tacos - hope this helps any taco lovers avoid a huge disappointment! We decided to try this restaurant because people were talking about it on the next door. Glad we did. The chips and salsa are... so yummy, and the Carne Asada Burritos were really good. We will definitely be back. They have an outdoor patio and a nicelittle bar to hang out at. Read more
Great menu. Great food. Great service. Jalapeños torreados are the best, they were huge! Big portions, enough to take home but... my buddy and I managed to finish our plates. Also has a bar with TVs. Plenty of parking in front and side. Easy access off 112thand Huron. Read more
