Bone out yucky... But bone in wings pretty good.
Messed up my order and then refused to fix it. I'm a long time customer. I will never be ordering from pizza hut again!

My husband ordered wings for the Broncos game tonight. First of all they forgot our fries and never returned to deliver them.... The wings were soggy and had no sauce on them. Even though the food was awful, the customer service was beyond appalling. Wecalled to ask about our fries and the manager, Anthony, would only give us a credit towards another visit (like we're planningon being a repeat customer). When I expressed my dissatisfaction he hung up on me. I tried calling back to discuss the situationand I was placed on hold indefinitely. Being in the customer service industry myself I would never treat someone this way! Weasked for our fries over 30 minutes ago and they have yet to be delivered. Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the troubleand order from a company who hires employees with integrity. Read more
