I was looking forward to trying the new Melts.... Until this Totinos sized boredom showed up.
The order was never delivered. We get deliveries often from this location, but this time we were told our address was "not... deliverable" and the order had been voided. The delivery driver texted, I texted back with no response, I called the driver3-times but no one answered the phone and the voicemail was full. I called the store, no one answered, the 2nd time I called,the call was picked up at a corporate call center, I explained, I was put on hold, someone else picked up, I had to explainagain, I was put on hold again, someone else picked up, and then told me I was lying when I said they were the third person I'dtalked to. I was told by someone very argumentative and rude that it was completely my fault that my home is "undeliverable".Again, we deliveries often from this location. I always think they over-cook the pizza, but the service has always been worththe less than great food. No more. Thirty minutes later Dominos had no problem delivering to our home, same order, $20 cheaper.We're done with Pizza Hut. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Read more
Hey usually 100% of the time I can always count on Pizza Hut to give me exactly what I want the taste I want everything about it... exactly what I expect it to be great, unfortunately this time I can't say that but it was not an employee's fault I don't thinknecessarily I don't have anybody to blame it just didn't turn out the way I wished it would and it was a waste of my last fewdollars I had to my name, I hate to put it like that but it was true but otherwise this time Pizza Hut is fantastic but maybejust make sure your order looks right before you leave with it because I'm sure this place would have probably made it right ifI had figured that out before I left honestly so never hurts to ask you know? Have ordered here probably 100 times and I?ve never had an issue. They always make the pizzas so pretty, you can tell they... actually take their time when assembling the pizzas. Will continue to order from this location for years to come. :) Read more
I just ordered and the breadsticks we got had too much seasoning. They didn?t even give any plates or napkins. Pizza was... delicious and the soda was cold :) Great delivery timing and nice people. Read more
I asked for extra sauce and I assumed I paid for it. The special was $19.99 but when I asked for extra sauce and mushrooms it... jumped to $29.99. The pizza came and I couldn't find ANY sauce!! I took a picture. New one being delivered, but know it's a45 minute wait. Disgusting !!! *** Note: second pizza came... STILL NO SAUCE.... UNBELIEVABLE!!! I DECLINED THE 3RD PIZZA. Having worked at a stone oven pizza restaurant that hand rolled pizzas to orders I guess you could call or deem me a pizza snob.... In this case, I believe my review is pretty spot on. I submitted an online order Sunday afternoon. I got two large pizzas. One"stuffed" crust with two toppings, and the other was just a normal pizza with two toppings. I planned to pick it up locallybecause honestly I was not willing to pay a $4 delivery fee. I regret not inspecting the pizzas before leaving, if I had I'dsee that the pizzas was burnt and there was a hole in one of my pizza. I can't believe they are willing to pass this level ofquality to their customers. I also did notice that they were hiring managers... so I guess this is what happens when you letemployees go unmanaged. Read more
Never received delivery order. Placed order on pizza hut website, but they were having it delivered by doordash... Have talked... to 3 different people and still have not received a refund... No food, no refund... Not a good experience Read more
