Very disgusted with the drive-through service. The Manager Hayley decided on her own to open at 4:30a.m. She had been there to... open at 4. Went through the drive-through window twice. The 1st time she ignored me the 2nd she said they don't open til 4:30.Funny thing the Schedule is Online. Starbucks is this your CEO to change hours on her own. The baristas here are super nice. I usually take a sip before driving away to make sure they put a good amount of cream and... sweetener, and if I ever have to ask them to add more they are never rude about it. Usually pretty good small talk at the windowtoo lol Read more
Was picking up an online order and adding to it at the speaker. Small add for a chicken bacon sandwich, but couldn't pronounce... the word on the screen. Ended up having a friendly debate over which sandwich I was trying to order. Very friendly andaccommodating staff! Drove away a happy customer! Read more
I go to this location everyday before work and order the same thing every time. During the week my drink is always perfect and... what I expect. I love it! However when I have gone here the last few Saturday mornings and ordered my usual drink it tastesdisgusting! Last Saturday (11/24/18) I was taking the last sip of my odd tasting coffee and the gel-like ball slipped into mymouth! This Saturday (12/1/18) I ordered my usual drink and my venti cup was 3/4 full and when I opened the lid I saw THREEfloating gel-like balls. After scooping them out and still giving the drink the benefit of the doubt, I took a sip and it wasextremely watered down coffee with very little flavoring. I really think the morning Saturday staff is need of more training. Read more
