I'm going to continue to leave honest feedback until something changes ! DT window Never working,. Ask to come inside to order,.... Get inside and being told something is either broken or don't have any buns, etc. Ask about whats available to eat, get veryRude response from employee, looks like they were having a party behind the counter. Why don't people want to work anymore,they have no work pride, etc. BK owner should be made aware of the decline of Employee's lack of concern regarding their placeof employment. Clearly the owner/establishment is losing money due to insubordination, I would fire them all, and hire someonewho takes pride in their job, apparently certain people are simply riding the clock for a payday. BK will not be getting mybusiness again. I would urge everyone who's having a problem with employees to leave an honest review and reach out to theowner. Read more
Visited here today. Guess I should have known no cars in the parking lot wasn?t the best sign, however we were hungry. Pull up... to the drive thru & Sat for a couple of minutes & nothing. As I?m pulling around to see if this place was abandoned, a couplewas coming out& said you have to come inside. We parked & went in & waited at the counter about 5 mins. Not one person came over& even acknowledged we were there. However they were having some random casual conversations in the back, no one else was inthere either. Terrible customer service! We left & went to the BK in Tuscaloosa. Needless to say, won?t be back here. I givingzero stars. Read more
Very rude staff! I have never used the online ordering before since I rarely eat Burger King. I ordered online and waited to... show up for 20 minutes. When I did, the woman yelled about how I should have stopped at the speaker and told her I have an orderso that they?d know to make it. The reason I waited 20 minutes was because I thought they start making it after I order. Ididn?t know to stop at the speaker and tell her, I thought the whole point of ordering ahead was to have it ready. But it didn?tcall for her being so rude and snapping at me. She snapped for me to go park out front and wait on them. Then a boy brought thefood out and didn?t even speak. I work in retail and I would never talk to my customers the way the woman did. Really I never do this but this experience my kids and I had at Burger King was terrible! Service was awful, the food was worse!... Got the order wrong. The chicken nuggets were hard and my kids couldn?t even eat them. So bad. Read more
Pulled up and was asked to hold one second. Waited 15 min as 7or 8 vehicles drove off infront of me and behind me. Observed one... employee walk out and sit on curb to start smoking and on his phone the 5 minutes later car full of people walk out with foodand drinks then manager walks out and yells at me that the system is down and has to restart, says it will be 15 min. At thispoint I was already waiting 15min . They love to cheat the clock at this location by asking you to pull up and wait. Read more
