I have a split feeling about it after my last visit. I love their catfish but was very disturbed my last visit. The drive-thru... was way backed up so I decided to go inside to order. As I was waiting on my order I noticed a sign on the wall behind the cashregister. It said, "white fish country of origin Vietnam" and "catfish country of origin China". I really enjoyed it. My food was very good! The cashier was nice and friendly!
They only had 4 employees working but they were doing an outstanding job! Food is always fresh and hot!

They were busy yet efficient!! I did not wait long at all and my order was correct and hot!!! Great staff and management!!

I placed an online order. Catfish dinner with slaw and corn, shrimp skewer. It stated that my order would be ready in 10... minutes, at 12 p.m. I head to the restaurant and I get there at 12. I decided to go in because the drive thru was backed up. Itold the cashier that I had an online order. She checked and said that it would be ready in 5 minutes. Five minutes pass? 12:10?patiently waiting?12:25 rolls around. I?m like, did they have to go catch my catfish from the catfish pond. I see that otherswho placed orders after I got there are getting their food. So I politely asked the cashier if I could just get a refund and Iwould just go somewhere else. She said that it would take 15 minutes to get a refund. I stood by the register for a few minutes,still waiting. The cashier told me that in order to get a refund, I would have to get back in line. I looked down the line, it?sabout 10 customers there. So I told her that I?m not getting back in line when I?ve already ordered and paid. Another lady walksby, so I asked her if I could just get a refund. She asked what did I order so I told her. She went to check for it. My foodmagically appears and she said that my order was just completed. Now, I?ve worked multiple fast food jobs so I?m understandingespecially when it?s busy. But this is unacceptable.
