It's Checkers! Of course I was there for the fries, and they were WONDERFUL. Even with it being a hot and sticky night (with... employees attempting to find relief outside as I pulled up). I was greeted enthusiastically and promptly by BOTH employees, asthey apologized (unnecessary.) and did not skip a beat taking my order & having it ready in a snap. This place has gone down hill, from employees treating us like we are taking up too much of their time. Playing around, yelling... at each other. To miss handling of the food, either cold, or they drop it back in the grease to reheat it....... every time Itry to come back...its just a waste of money. Read more
I ordered a medium fry from this location and should have checked my bag before I pulled off. I paid 3.29 for a medium fry and... when I opened my bag to eat one, I thought some had wasted out. I could have counted the amount of fries in the container onboth hands and still would have been 3 fingers over. You can get a large fry at McDonalds for far less cheaper than the smedeiumfries that they give you here. Don't get me wrong the fries are on point when they are hot and fresh, but the container isreally a small in disguise... Read more
Just bought chilli cheese fries, chilli was old fries was not hot and cheese was like yellow mayonnaise l, I spent 9 dollars of... my hard earned money to be disappointed like that. please get a real manager involved because apparently tms was sitting outsidesmoking acting like they don't have a job to do. Just STOP asking for dipping sauce if they're never gonna give it to you. I was charged 69cents for dipping sauce I never got.... This was 2 days in a row. Then there soft serve ice cream machine is always out of service (or that is what they say becausethey're too lazy to clean it). No wonder business is always slow at this location. Rude employees, overcharged for things youdon't receive, ice cream machine just like McDonald's, always broke. So basically, Checkers is like all the other fast foodplaces in this country, poor quality service and food. Read more
Food was wrong and I was over charged..I ordered the 2 for $6 and upgrade to a combo for additional $2 ..then I added a 4 piece... mozzarella stick which is $2.59..How I ended up paying $16. 27...I didn't receive a receipt..my double checkerburgers withcheese was single and no cheese..Good thing I checked my account. I will never visit that checkers again..Too bad I was workingand I couldn't return to check the staff. Read more
