This place has some of the best customer service ever. I got the Cobb salad, it's my favorite from there.
The first time I've ever had to write a bad review about Chick-fil-A. AWFUL !! It started in the drive-thru line. I was waved... down by an employee who said she wasn't taking orders on the left side & needed me to back up bw cones & the cats also waitingbehind me. It caused quite the traffic panic causing cars behind to honk & yell. After placing my nugget & sandwich order, I wastold to pull forward & waited 19mins!! We had close to 20 cars pass us by while waiting. We were told our nuggets were stillcooking. Once we received our nuggets, we were still missing fries, an ice cream cone & still had the wrong 2 ingredientsandwich. They tried giving me a "cookie card". No thanks, we're PAST THAT POINT! Today, a friend and I (T.R, Walmart associates) went inside to order a to go order. Everyone else?s orders were getting called... out to say their order were ready except ours! Even people after us and after 30+ minutes they finally stated it was done. Theyalmost forgot T.R?s drink and her sauce also. It was very unprofessional and not one apology or any accountability. This location is ALWAYS busy, but the food is really good and the service is great. The spicy sandwich specifically is really... good, and I like that they have a pretty good range of meal options while still just serving chicken and sides. Read more
Just want to say the family love eating here and we eat here about twice a week. But this is the second time I order a med fries... and didn't get it in my bag. Check your bags before you leave and see if you got all your order. I don't like holding up theline but now I'll be checking every time sorry for holding up the drive-thru. Read more
It's Chick-fil-A, the fries never make it home. Employees are always helpful, friendly, & the line moves incredibly fast. ????
