Called to place and order for delivery and I had a coupon that I received in the mail and they absolutely REFUSED to allow me to... use and said I had to come inside to do use it (although I explained to them I have a broken back and can?t drive) but was stillEXTREMELY rude about it. So I tried to change it to a take out order and was gonna have someone pick it up for me and whoeverwas taking my order wouldn?t allow me to speak long enough to order and kept interrupting me so I asked to speak to someoneelse. Needless to say I spoke with 3 different employees who were all very rude so I asked to speak to a manager because all Iwanted to do was place and order for 1 large pizza and all 3 of them claimed to be the managers and continued to tell me theyweren?t giving me s***! Also hung up on me SEVERAL TIMES. Sent someone to pick it up and they never even placed my order andturns out the ACTUAL manager had just gotten there. Explained to him what happened and he said he?d handle it but DIDNT so I?lldefinitely be calling corporate tomorrow. Read more

Literally caught attitude from the guy in charge because I called to cancel an order that I had mistakenly placed online for the... wrong location. I've been in restaurant management for years and regardless of the reason, you cancel the order without givingthe customer a problem. Terrible customer service, stick with the rice mine location. Called them shortly after opening and stayed on hold for over fifteen minutes. This typically wouldn?t be a major negative, but... when the lady answered the phone she was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. When asked if there were any specials for theday I was told ?you can find all the specials online.? Would you want to hang up, look online, then call back to be placed onhold again for another 15 minutes? I didn?t think so. Doesn?t seem to me as if they actually care about earning my business, andthey certainly did not today. Read more

In the past food was great, Unfortunately my order today was very disappointing. Ordered a large stuff crust and cookie to try... and both the pizza and cookie were under cooked. Pizza crust was still soft and doughy uncut and the cookie would have to eat itwith a spoon like pudding. Waist of hard earned money. Need to retrain and add some quality checks before sending out food. Read more

I have been currently working as a delivery driver for hungry Howie's for about five days and I enjoy the work place... environment. me and my wife eat here regularly and I've never had a complaint with the service or the food and I love pizza allflavors I must say they can put together a great combination pizza. **Updated post. I haven?t been here in about a year after having a not so great experience. The owner offered me a free... replacement pizza that I finally got tonight. The pizza was hot and fresh and had the right amount of toppings and tasted great!So glad I gave them a second chance! Will definitely come back again! Thanks! Read more

I have a promo code: "VIP FREE LARGE WITH ANY MENU PRICE HOWIE BREAD PURCHASE." It reads "USE ONLINE ONLY." When I tried to use... the code online, it was ringing up as $6.99 for the bread and $11.79 for the pizza. I did not add anything other than those twoitems. I did not add any toppings that cost extra, according to the site. I called the Northport, AL store. A man answeredasking "pickup or delivery." I told him I had a question. He said he couldn't hear me and to hold on. A few seconds later heasked me what I said. A woman answered then. I think the call was on speaker. I started trying to explain. The woman told methere was nothing they could do about anything online. I asked who I needed to call to get the problem resolved. She told me shecould not hear me. I had full service. I moved to the window. She told me to hang up and call back. She said she still could notunderstand. I hanged up. I called back. She answered. I explained. She said, "the best thing she could tell me" was to call backin the morning when her general manager would be there. I said okay. I then called the Tuscaloosa, AL location to try my luck. Awoman answered and put me on hold before I could even speak. I waited for over fifteen minutes. Not very professional orcourteous. I will be ordering from Domino's now instead. Read more
