Worst customer service ever. The breakfast menu was still out at 5:30 pm in the drive through. We asked about what came with the... fried chicken and the was rudely told what the 10 pc said on the menu. Then when we got to the window the girl had her ear budsin and a hateful look on her face. She didn't greet us or say thank you, just stuck the food out the window. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!What makes it worse is one person took the order and another gave us the order and they were both equally rude. Hire somepleasant people that want to work. It was order #6 at 5:33 pm if you want to see who your horrible employees are. Also, when wegot home with chicken there were only eight pieces instead of the 10 that was paid for!!!! Read more
TERRIBLE service, filthy restaurant. 20+ minutes to get a tea and shake, place was not busy. Cashier never said hello, thank... you, nothing. Had to ask if they would even make the shake. Would give negative stars if possible. Read more
Customer service was Ok, but their restroom wasn't too clean. Stalls were out of toilet tissue, toilet tissue was on the floors... and there was no hand soap or paper towels to wash hands properly. Made us pull up to a parking spot to wait for our food . That wasn't a problem . But when she handed our food to another truck... waiting and the man digs in the bag and calles her back because it wasn't his food and she tries to hand it to us . That's a BIGproblem !!! Read more
ABSOLUTELY ALWAYS out of RANCH everyday you go by there!!! And everyday excuse is they don't have a Prep Cook there to mix the... RANCH!!! Wtc but you can still sale chicken fingers and salads but never NO RANCH!!! So every time after paying they say theyhave no ranch well at that moment Jack's keep your food and give my money back!!
