Lid came off hot coffee, spilled on my hand. I told staff and she said it's not our fault they sent us the wrong lids. Staff... should tell customer be careful with the coffee Lid does not fit properly. No apology I wanted napkins had to ask twice forthem. That coffee was so hot my hand still has a burn feeling. Everyday the inside is close at the same time they only have one lane open that be backed all the way up to the road just about... while an employee that's working Drive through comes outside to talk to a employee that wasn't even working there that day and Iknow this cause she being Shouting Across the parking lot before she finlly decided to walk over to the car once she finallywent back inside she took 3 cars orders then waited a good min before she took any more so long story short it took me 40minutes to get a drink and fries that's just crazy there ain't nothing fash food about this McDonald's Read more

Food dashers, and people who are running late, beware: the lines are long, slow and from 3am - 6am, their systems "shut... down". By "shut down", it actually means the manager has taken the drawer from the only register and needs to count the moneyand get ready for breakfast time. I don't know why this process takes three hours, but it does. If you don't want cheese onanything - say so, and then check it at the window when they give it to you. I've found at least half the time, there is stillcheese. Trust me, you don't want the cheese. Also, as for the salads. When my best friend worked here, she always told me toNEVER get the salads past 3pm. They are made in the morning and sit throughout the day. So the people who get the salads lateat night have had salads that are by no means fresh. I never WANT to go to Mcdonalds, it's just where I end up sometimes whenI'm desperate. Today June 28th, 2022 we I took my grandson. The emoyees ignored me for several minutes as they stood talking. It seemed a... supervisor said, "I'll get them but sounded annoyed." She was extremely short and annoyed when I asked why the ay area wasclosed. She said, "The owner has his things stored there and can't risk customers breaking them." The restaurant was nasty. Thetables were not clean. Catsup, food and money at the drink area. Disgusting place. Even my 8 year old said, Granny this place ishorrible let's go." Tonight I went in the drive thru and I got a quarter pounder combo with a 4pc chicken nuggets. The only thing that was decent... was the fries and drink. The quarter pounder was half burned and dry as hell! The cheese was hard and they didn't even putnothing on it! The chicken nuggets tasted horrible and old! I have never got food from Macdonald's that was this bad that Icouldn't even eat it at all! Such a waste of my money and I lost my appetite. Anyone heading to this location might as well gothe one near the west side in Tuscaloosa because they're worst than them! Dude on the intercom told me they were short staff andI understand that because I work at fast food as well but if its that bad that they gotta send food out looking like this theymight as well not be open.. Consistently awful. The food is fine. It's McDonald's so the food itself is predictable. However, the service here is utterly,... shockingly, horrendous. I got the number of the owner's office and left a message to let them know what's going on at thislocation, but never got a call back. I don't think the management cares. One time recently we waited 45 minutes for a simpleto-go order for only 2 people. During this wait, we didn't receive our cups. I was standing in line to ask for our cups whenthree people came in, went straight to the front of the line, and began chatting, laughing, and being rowdy with the person atthe register. They were obviously acquaintances. The person at the register held up the line for over 10 minutes while enjoyingthe company of her friends who came in. She was loudly talking with them including swearing. Several people in line walked out.Then someone from the kitchen walks outside through the lobby for a smoke break right outside the door. He comes back insmelling of smoke, shakes hands with that same group of people talking to the cashier, goes back into the kitchen and startsputting fries in the fryer without washing his hands from the smoke break and handshake. There were various people all waitingextensively for food, but that group of friends who ordered after everyone, got their food almost immediately. All the peoplebehind the counter were complaining and talking to each other and completely oblivious to the customers. It was truly shocking.The last time I went there at 11PM, parked and walked up to the door, only to have an employee on a smoke break tell me veryrudely that the lobby is closed.
