Every order I've ever placed has always been ready and correct. Orders are usually pretty quick too. The staff is friendly... enough, and it's clean. My only "complaint" as it were, is it's difficult to get in and out of this location. Read more
This Papa John?s is notoriously understaffed and underpaid. HOWEVER, I called in to their ordering system (not even mad about... it), on my way home from a movie at Cobb?s. The lady told me 30 minutes. By the time I made it to Papa John?s, (9 minutes later)these young ladies had my pizza very fresh and ready to go. It was a Friday night and they were very busy, yet smiled and wereso personable. I will only go to this Papa John?s. We drive 45 minutes just to go here. Read more
Have been loving Papa John bread sticks for 20 years. Purchased this past Tuesday, they were hard as a rock, as soon as I got in... car. I tried everything to make them edible but was not successful!! I think they might have been sent thru the oven more thanonce!! Read more
This location is the only one that I've never had any problems at always greeted with a welcome and a smile and my food is... always correct and ready to go when I am and I know you'll understand with as busy as our lives are these days that is awonderful thing when it comes time to grab pizza and go. Great consistent service. This location is in an old shopping center and honestly doesn?t look super inviting. There?s really... nothing the owner renting the location can do about that, but the food quality, order accuracy, and prep time for an order isconsistent every single time. The food was decent however, I ordered the new "BUFFALO CHICKEN" papadia for my son n law and when it arrived it had ham or... chopped Canadian bacon on it. He DOES NOT eat PORK! No where in the menu does it state that ham or bacon comes on it. When Icalled to complain, the line was busy and stayed busy until closing. I couldn't talk to anyone. So this is the only way i couldreach someone. I would like a free pizza. There Should be a better way to resolve issues. Read more
Manager canceled my order after one missed phone call. I called right back in less than a minute, spoke with manager saying she... had already canceled my order and they could not deliver to my my address. Manager would not resume my order even after Ioffered to pick up my order. I ordered three weeks prior and my order was delivered to the same address. Very Disappointed!
