This Hut is exceptionally well run. Order is always right and on time, pizza is always cooked perfectly. Cashiers are friendly.... Some folks have complained about the drive through, but this is not their problem, just a logistics thing that they cant change.The owner and employees at this location definitely deserve props. I?ve ordered here a few times. Never really have issues. Staff has been friendly and delivery has been fast. My only issue is... every time I order cheese sticks, they are always over cooked. There hasn?t been one time they are not over cooked. So it seemslike there is no cheese even though there is. Other than that, never had a complaint. Read more
I am a big pizza but fan, and they are usually my go to chain pizza. I moved to Northport about a year ago and was really... excited when the pizza hut opened a few months later. An hour and ten minutes after placing what was predicted to be a 25 min order, we inquired about the status. The person on the... other end claimed we didn't answer our phone in order for them to tell us there are no delivery drivers. (No missed calls. Phonewas right with us) When we asked about converting to pick-up, we were hung up on. We called back, got the same person, askedabout converting to pick up again and after additional rude comments, the person on the other end boasted she was the manager onduty. Hungry but frusterated, we asked if we could just cancel our order, and the manager replied it would make her "so happy"to do so. Read more
Food was horrible. Bread sticks were burned completely again! Toppings were sliding off the pizza. Have given this location... several tries and it needs many improvements. I also called Before placing my order to ask about a previous credit, a femaleworker answered, put me on hold then preceded out of the store to go on a delivery. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have a problem with them every time I order from them and to be honest I don't know why I keep... giving them chance after chance. I always order light sauce and for some reason to them that means extra sauce and they nevergive me enough cheese. But tonight was the last straw, I asked them why my pizza look like this they told me that the mediumPizza come with a cup of cheese and a large pizza come with a cup of cheese and if I wanted extra cheese I will have to pay forit, I told them I don't want extra cheese I just want cheese so I will not be eating there anymore. Pizza was very cold when I picked it up. I returned it and cashier said they did not have room in the warmer. When i looked up... at the warmer it looked like it was not on or turned off. The display on the warmer was.not lit up. The pizza seemed as if itwas cooked several hours before I ordered. However. It was several employees standing around horse-playing. Read more
