I Love the Popeyes chicken sandwich I enjoy the spicy one but sometimes I order spicy & receive the regular which is fine by me... I enjoy both but the wait is never short even if jus 1 or 2 cars in the line. I have had a couple that take my order/money to bevery obliging but alot of the time they are very blunt & have nothing to say unless they are in disagreement with a co-worker. Ihave to also say I personally enjoy their fries & order a larger portion since if u order a smaller order it seems there arevery few that arrive & not the greatest fan of the chicken tenders so I'd stick with the actual chicken legs, breast etc. Soif they have the chicken sandwich in stock which can be a gamble I suggest giving one a try & if spicy your thing then spicychicken sandwich won't disappoint. Recently went to this location and placed an online order and took me about 15 minutes to get there. When I arrived the drive... thru was full and the lobby was closed. My wife was informed that we should park on the other side of the parking lot and ourfood would be out shortly. Waited for about 20 minutes and watched the drive thru line decreased but our food wasn?t stillavailable. My wife went to the window and was then told that we would?ve to get in the drive thru line. We aren?t from Northportbut based on the other poor reviews this place probably needs to be closed. I get a labor shortage but what?s the point ofordering online and having to wait damn near an hour. I decided to try again today after several bad experiences. Several cars ahead of me in the drive through left without their... orders. I waited for 20 minutes, got to the window and was told it would be another 10 minutes before they would have anychicken ready. They only served 2 people ahead of me with small bags. Too slow to process mobile orders. You have to go in the drive-thru line to pick it up. They will start processing you order... when you arrive at the drive through window. 30 minutes to pick up an order that was made 15 minutes before arriving at thelocation. Read more

Placed an order online, paid online. Go to pick up the order and was told ?we don?t have beignets? as they pushed my food out... the window. I figured they?d refund my money or give me something in place of it but i guess I was suppose to be responsible forthem being out of product. Giving them a second chance and today the girl at the window was so rude. As I was placing my ordershe rudely interrupted to say she?s ?finna quit?. So I wanted to get my 3 yr old something good to eat instead of a Happy Meal and walked in to this! Nobody acknowledged me but... everybody looked at me then one of the slackers told the manager somebody standing at the counter. He had the nerve to say can Ihelp you with something????? Yeah, I want to order then he says oh the lobby closed at 6 and its after 7.???????????After what Isaw when I come through the city again I'll keep going to another establishment because this Popeyes isn't it. How you got aemployee with her phone laying beside the chicken on social media. Do that so no customers can see. Covid really took customerservice and cleaning up out of the business. Read more

Corporate needs to look into this location. They are drivethur only, but only take 1 order at a time. They then have the car... pull up to the window and wont take another order until the first car received its food. Makes the service horrible and slow ifyou are doing 1 order at a time. What a joke. On top of the I received this for my 3 piece strip meal, and its all cold (onlylive a couple minutes away not like it got cold on the way home). The biggest chicken strip is just a shriveled up piece ofbreading. May has well just shut this whole place down until you get new management. Read more
