The location I usually go to often says their machines are down for their shakes and such. We went here and we were able to get... what we wanted. Our carhop was very nice and we thanked her for being able to serve us shakes. She told us we were welcomeanytime. Read more

No drive thru. Response is super slow. I heard somone play with the microphone and then nothing. I checked the reviews and saw... this is normal behavior for this location. I dont think ill be coming back. Read more

My boyfriend ordered the 3 PC chicken dinner meal and they gave regular bread in it. It was not toasted at all! Then I called up... there. The same girl that took the order answer the phone and said she going to get a Manger and hung up on me smh I can tellit was same girl because of her voice. She has blonde dreads. Read more

Food was good. Server was really nice. However there is always 1 person there that has an attitude and rude. We never know what... is going on in others lives. Maybe she was having a bad day. So keep that in mind when dealing with rudeness and try and maketheir day a little brighter. Read more

Was not feeling my best today and I wanted something cold to drink. I pulled out my phone to do an order from Sonics. I got a... cranberry shake while at Walmart so it would be sure to be ready when I arrived. I pull in and on 1 side every screen is out. Ipull around cautiously to see if this side was working also and it was. Pulled up the app to check in screen pops up your orderis in the kitchen. I waited for a while and then it says Aaron is on his way. I sat there another 15 min and I pushed the redbutton and out comes the young man with the tray full of orders and drinks and I just knew it was mine so I waited. He passed meby and went to the other side so I waited. He came through flipping the tray and I yelled hey!! He says ma'am I'm sorry I'mabout to take your order im BY MYSELF!! I REALLY DO APOLOGIZE. AT Thus point it didn't even matter bc he had a entire row ofcustomers and He was WORKING HARD!!!! If this type of dedication is not publicly recognized idk what kind of company or ownerthis is and I will personally NEVER eat there again. Congratulations AARON OVER IN NORTHPORT ON LURLEEN. As usual the service here is VERY slow. Which is why I always reluctantly come here unless I just want a milkshake (which can... also take 30 minutes.) Beside that fact, I visited the other day to grab a bite with my cousin. I have this Express DiscountCard which I bought from a fundraiser my sister was doing that I have used a couple times there. The discount on the card forSonic is a "Free Single Patty Burger with the purchase of another." Which is quite a deal because they have decently sizedburgers. I order the #1 (which is a single patty burger) and proceed to tell them I have the discount card. They tell me thatthey don't accept those anymore. I tell them that I've used it here before at this location and explain it again just in casethey think it's something other than what I had. Again, they told me that they don't accept them (rudely, might I add). So, I'mjust like whatever and get the meal without the extra burger. What kind of company signs up for a discount card (which hasn'tyet expired, it expires 11-1-2018) and then tells customers that they can't use it?! Ridiculous! Read more
