Horrible! the boy first tells an elderly lady next to me he has no change but then turns around and pulls out a lot of one's and... small bills for change and walks away. (I get no coins but he could of tried) Not only that but then comes over with my orderand literally puts all his weight on my car and looks like he's angry. My car is a classic. I really didn't appreciate it.After all that I made sure to have exact change. His attitude was the worst I've ever seen... and I also work in food service.Honestly I won't be back at all between the bad attitude and the fast one he pulled on the elderly lady . Read more
Drove a great distance for a sonics blast on 9/4/22. Was told around 7pm that the machine the creates sonic blast was broken or... down. Starting too think that the Sonics in Northport are not the place to go. Read more
It appeared there was only one guy making and running orders and he was amazing!!! We thought our drink was bad so he made... another and when we weren't satisfied with that drink, he insisted on making us a new different drink. A very hard working manwith excellent customer service. He went over and beyond !!! Read more
This is the worst sonic I?ve ever been to. I ordered and they answered 20 minutes later. Spent another 30 minutes to make it. My... order was wrong after I corrected them, I got soda water instead of regular water, and the customer service is just plain rude.Will not be returning! Read more
Food is still good but service is very slow. Great for summertime treats if you're not in a rush.
The fries were cold when delivered to me. The sandwich was okay. The drink tasted "awkward " and I attempted to get it Exchanged... however service was terribly slow. I witnessed only 1 older person delivering the food out and the parking lot was ExtremelyBusy my entire time. She mentioned that folks had "called in" and did not show up for work. I feel terrible for her but Sonicsshould prepare better. Folks was leaving without ordering after long waits. It is really bad that you cannot find people thatwant to work. Found freaking hair in my tator tots today and the girl had arm attitude when she brought out fresh ones(i'm assuming they were... fresh). The hair was stuck to the tater tots. Read more
Never going to this location again. When we want to get a shake or a blast, their machine is not working. I highly recommend... that other people take this into consideration if you plan on getting a blast or shake from here. I called the number, in theresponse below.
