The place was dirty. Several flies around. The serving area was messy and nasty including the glass front. I paid for my order... only to discover that they were out of unsweet tea. They did not offer to make more and refused to refund me. Awful place andexperience. Read more

Lady working tonight at 7pm had a horrible attitude. Refuse d to serve us because she had an awful day of training. She came... from behind the counter and blurted the N word and smacked her rear end when asked if she could change her gloves. She was veryirate and I have never experienced such behavior. I just wanted to try the new melt. Unfortunately she was training a newemployee who didn?t speak much English, she was also very rude to the lady who was only trying to learn her job. Horriblehorrible experience. Please don?t go here during the evening hours! I will also be calling corporate as well as sending a noticeto the Registered Agent. Read more

Do not take your subway coupons here. My coupon clearly stated, "any footlong for $5.99" and I asked before hand if they... honored it, she replied, "yes ". But after making the footlong and ringing it up she says "I have to charge you extra ". I mightas well have kept my coupon and gone somewhere else. Read more

This Subway has the worst employees! I ordered cookies (chocolate chip) they were burnt and crunchy. I was not given a receipt... amd when I called to let them know the female employee was rude, refused to provide her name or any information to contactmanager. She then hung up in my face. I called back 4 times (waiting a min. In between calls) and she would not answer the call.SHE NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED IMMEDIATELY! I WILL NO LONGER EAT OR SUPPORT THIS LOCATION! ! Read more

Out of tuna only cashier could mix a new batch apparently. I was asked to way one minute but not to wait while the two ladies... continue to serve over eight more customers behind me. I am thinking there is someone in back mixing up the tuna. I heard thecashier say "Jesus" in a bad tone which offended me. Finally I step up to counter again yes in front of a male costumer whom hadjust walked into the store; only to be asked if they could serve him instead of getting herself to cashier or mixing up anothertuna batch. Cashier finally goes to prepare new batch of tuna. I apologized to the man behind me and I told him that I hadalready waited through eight customers to be waited on ahead of me. I asked for the managers name and phone number. Cashiercalls manager to tell her side of the problem. They put me on the phone I asked for a number where I could talk privately. Thefemale voice said the day shift hadn't made up a tuna mixture. I said that was not my problem. Finally the lady said she wouldgive me ten percent discount because of my having to wait. She asked me to put the cashier back on the phone. The cashier told the person on the phone she wasn't giving me a discount. The cashier went to serving other customers. I asked the other serverif the manger would be working the next day. She replied she didn't know. The cashier disobeys her bosses instructions. I endup with no discount today. One day I will talk to the manger face to face. This subway and others have stopped serving cheddarcheese. They only have the swedded cheddar cheese with American I guess mixed in with that. They claim cheddar is moreexpensive. This not really suitable to me. After reading the other reviews maybe it is time we had a new manger at thislocation. Service was rude; more interested in getting back on her phoned than serving us. Did not have items for what we wanted (only... 1egg). We will not comer to this location again. Read more

I'd go here more often if not for the rude staff. One of the owners is constantly on his Bluetooth and doesn't even acknowledge... his customers. On another occasion, a different employee was being a jerk to one of his co-workers and had the audacity to dragme into the conversation, which was super awkward. Read more
