Wouldn?t recommend- staff was rude and harassing as soon as you stepped inside the store. No adults working at night and have... employees who don?t want to work, but instead be on their phones talking when you customers walk in. Also, very argumentativewith the customer. Read more
This is the BEST Subway. So many of our restaurants are struggling since COVID. Not this one. It is so clean and the staff works... and they are always friendly. Completely disrespectful employees.. ordered online pickup for 745.. arrice at 750 and was told she hasn't even started it yet.... Yet she was talking to other customers laughing and seemingly not paying attention to making orders. The reason I order onlineis to ensure I can get bsck to my child in time. Not only did said employee not seem to care about my time. She also started tomake the order wrong, and then after I watch her and correct her. The order is STILL wrong. I will not be taking my business tothis establishment again. Although I know management or subway won't comment or even follow up as big business don't care aboutcustomers, I needed to let people know how incompetent the employees are and that they won't respect your time and order. This use to be my favorite Subway. Since switching owners this subway has gone down badly. Bread is never fresh, Sandwiches... thrown together, Lacks customer service skills, Owner is extremely rude. I?m sure hard to work with consider the constant newfaces. Read more
