We always have to pull around. Tonight however they took order, I followed the order on the screen, got total and was asked to... pull up. but when I got to window the person said I pulled up before she got my order. That was a lie. She was mad because Icorrected her on my order at the box. This location has gotten worse and worse. We choose not to come here most of the time dueto unacceptable service. Read more

Haven't been to this Taco Bell in a long time, and now I remember why. Got two of the deluxe cravings boxes; both the chicken... tacos had old chicken in them, and the gorditas were extremely greasy. There's no reason I should be getting old food at 10:30in the evening, especially when no one else is in the drive thru. I'm done with this place; it used to be really good, but Iguess those days are over. Read more
I ordered 3 soft taco supremes with no lettuce...It was only no lettuce and I be damned if I pretty much got a soft taco with no... tomatoes and a ton of sour cream.Why can't they just make the food right. Read more
This is the most horrible place to order food after 7pm. This makes the 3rd time we order something from here and the order... wrong. Asked for the flaming got taco and she rang us up for cool ranch so when we got to the window we asked to be sure thatthey still have flaming hot and the lady at the window said yes. Got home and it's all wrong. Please people check your bagsbefore leaving the window. They will tell you anything to get you out the window. They put a million orders in one bag. I wishfast food would stop hiring these type of people that doesn't care. Stay home if you don't want to work!!! Read more
Definitely needs improvement. They charge me extra for chicken and still gave me beef. Plus I paid for a frozen drink and the... cashier went in the office instead of getting it for me. I stood there for a while until I finally told one person that I hadordered it. They was not even busy. Read more
It?s not a terrible place, the food is actually decent, staff is ok. There is no point ?customizing? the order (no sour cream,... no rice, etc.), because they don?t make it the way you request it. Just left there and had to go through the drive thru threetimes just to get our order right. In the end, I THINK we got it all, and some extra because they didn?t listen...again. Edited to add pic, and change star rating. Just when you think it couldn?t get any worse. I don?t know who they had inthere today but this is by far the worst experience I?ve had at this Taco Bell.
