Ordered Taco salad, didn't hardly any meat and shell overcooked. Ordered 2 tacos, one shell was stale. Northport Taco Casa is... the worst. I love the one on the hill on McFarland close to Northport pharmacy & the one on 15th st in Tuscaloosa and the oneon Skyland Blvd they actually put meat in theirs.. There is no reason why this one close to Big Lots isn't as good as theothers. Not only do they have awful food, handicap parking is at the end of parking lot and bathroom is a disgrace. Read more
Absolutely terrible experience, sat in the drive thru for approximately 10 minutes, as we we?re finally pulling up to order a... girl walks out sticks a sign on the speaker that they are closing immediately and won?t take our order even though we had beenwaiting. We use this location all the time but we will be going to another from now on. Read more

I grew up in Northport Alabama and always loved taco Casa. I moved away but whenever I went back home it was my first stop. My... last visit I went in to purchase 25 tacos to go meat and cheese only with lettuce and tomato on the side. The owners son happento be in there with his family at the time and he told me that I could not do that and if I did he would charge me the same forthe lettuce and tomato as though I was buying a taco. He was nasty and rude. I could believe the nasty attitude and I?m spendingover $100 in all. Luckily for him I had taken my medication that day. Read more
First time I?ve been really disappointed in Taco Casa. Food was awful. Out of the 3 Tacos I order All 3 had a small amount of... meat with 3/4 of the taco lettuce. Went to taco casa for dinner with my wife and son and my wife legitimately pulled a hair from her chicken burrito,we notified... the manager and the manager made it right. That's not main complaint,my complaint is that I saw 5 people NOT wearing hair nets.I hopes this problem gets resolved. Read more
