Employees should never falsify company operation hours or call in orders. If they dont want to be at work, they should FIND... another JOB/CAREER. Management might need to do some pop ups to see what the employees are doing on the night shift. Someemployees just need to be fired for not complying(refusing to take a call-in order just to smoke). Especially when the customersitting in the parking lot and calling the restaurant and its empty. Make it make sense please. Read more
If you think you?re going to place a to go order over the phone think again cause they?ll let it ring for 10 minutes. I tried... calling my entire 15 minute drive to Waffle House and yet no one answered. I show up and there?s only 2 tables taken and they?rejust laughing having a good ole time not doing their jobs. The one in front of Lowe's is the newer one and it's incredibly clean, the kitchen looks great and the employees are courteous.... Their food tastes great, not greasy and the portions are generous. I often choose this location and have recommended to myfriends. Read more
Located right off 82, this Waffle House never lets me down when I need a good breakfast. The service is great, it?s always clean... and the staff is always friendly. This Waffle House is a little different for one reason. Ms Jean? she has to be the sweetestlady I have ever met. She has worked at this location through two buildings and 29 years of service. The waitress was very nice. She was quick to take our order and even offered additional items. The restaurant was clean and very... comfortable. Good parking. They were busy but we were served quickly and they food was good. Read more
The menu's and dining table tops were sticky. Other than that the food was good and we got great friendly service

The food is good, not great but the experience was wonderful. I am from the north and really enjoyed the lovely woman who... waited on us. She was a dixieland delight (roll tide). The way she yelled the orders with that crazy waffle house system wasentertaining too. Read more
