extremely slow service, only a few cars in line but still had to wait over 45 minutes in the drive thru. The amount of business... lost by cars driving off due to extremely slow service should make the owners ashamed. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! Zero stars. I?ve had terrible experiences every time I have been here. Rude, lazy workers, and they are... supposed to be open until 2am but when I went at 11pm they came over the loud speaker and said they were not doing any ordersinside or in the speaker at the time. The lady said she didn't have time for me to make up my mind and that she was on a timer. There were no cars behind me. Won't be... visiting again just because of that. Plus they didn't have the salad they had plastered all over the menu said it was "no longeravailable" yet it was all over the menu. That is the reason why I had trouble making up my mind. This was my worst ever experience at a Wendy?s. The cashier seemed perturbed despite there being only a few customers inside.... There were several children running around playing music very loudly. My mother asked one of the children to lower the musicvolume. The child did so but the cashier came out and began yelling back to her staff and calling my mother names. I later wentup to the counter to ask what the cashiers name was but the other staff did not give it. They offered to let me speak to amanager even though I told them many times that was not necessary. What should have been a simple conclusion was pushed fartherthan necessary because of the staff?s attitudes and the way in which they yelled over to one another.
