This was my worst ever experience at a Wendy?s. The cashier seemed perturbed despite there being only a few customers inside.... There were several children running around playing music very loudly. My mother asked one of the children to lower the musicvolume. The child did so but the cashier came out and began yelling back to her staff and calling my mother names. I later wentup to the counter to ask what the cashiers name was but the other staff did not give it. They offered to let me speak to amanager even though I told them many times that was not necessary. What should have been a simple conclusion was pushed fartherthan necessary because of the staff?s attitudes and the way in which they yelled over to one another. extremely slow service, only a few cars in line but still had to wait over 45 minutes in the drive thru. The amount of business... lost by cars driving off due to extremely slow service should make the owners ashamed. How can you run a fast food restaurantthat your drive thru takes longer than a sit down meal would at a real restaurant? Read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! Zero stars. I?ve had terrible experiences every time I have been here. Rude, lazy workers, and they are... supposed to be open until 2am but when I went at 11pm they came over the loud speaker and said they were not doing any ordersinside or in the speaker at the time. I had a mobile order that I already paid for they they refused to make my food. Do notrecommend. Read more

The lady that took our order went way beyond..Her kindness shined bright. She even brought our food to us. Got us ketchup and... went back for napkins..Wow!! She's a keeper ???????? Read more

The lady said she didn't have time for me to make up my mind and that she was on a timer. There were no cars behind me. Won't be... visiting again just because of that. Plus they didn't have the salad they had plastered all over the menu said it was "no longeravailable" yet it was all over the menu. That is the reason why I had trouble making up my mind. I'm sure that this is not a reflection on the individual workers at this location and is more of a commentary on there being a... staffing shortage, but I have never been able to go through the drive-thru at this location without there being an incrediblylong wait time. Our last attempt involved sitting at the order speaker for well over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged.This was after waiting at least the same amount of time to even get up to the speaker. I'm sure it would be great with enoughstaffing, but don't go here unless you have and incredible amount of endurance and a good 35 to 40 minutes to waste. Read more

Food was fresh, accuracy was lacking. They shorted us two orders of fries and then we had to wait for a new batch. Once... everything was straightened out, everyone enjoyed their lunch. Check your order before pulling off, though! Read more

Only person in line at first. I ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich and a separate large fry and sausage biscuit. They put... absolutely NO bacon on the baconator and when asked they called me a liar so I showed them. And after I had noticed and droveback to the store they messed up 2 other peoples orders after me as well. I mean come on 3 people go thru ur line, ur not busyand u screw up all 3 orders is pathetic. Not to mention they dumped both orders of fresh in the bag. Just absolutely appalled atthe service we got, with the attitude we got and called lairs. Read more
