Better off going to greenlawn. Ever since all the new employees started drinks do not come out correct, youll pay for a shaken... esspresso just to shake it yourself. Dont ask for a splash of milk because they will probably forget the coffee. Read more

The staff is great bu God forbid you want to work while you have your coffee. Once school let's out it's like a day care center.... Junior high kids take over all the seats and they're noisy spoiled unsupervised brats! The management needs to send them ontheir way. I will never go back to do paperwork! Read more

Prices vary from location to location, so I found this one on the more expensive side. I don't actually like the taste of coffee... so I get their sweet drinks like the white chocolate mocha which I find is mostly the the same across many locations and thisone was no exception. 20 minutes for one drink!!! I came in Sunday and I ordered a pink drink and I?m waiting, waiting waiting nothing. There were 15... drinks on the counter and nobody was picking them up. These were all take out orders and that?s all these kids cared about wasmaking the take out orders. This is a split review because baristas like Jess, Ann and the rest of the morning crew are fantastic! Best way to start my day... every morning. There is one woman who usually works in the afternoon and weekends who after you order tells you to ?standagainst the wall.? This is new since the pandemic and obviously it?s a rule she and she alone has created. It?s also demeaningand wrong and someone should tell her to stop. It is a corporate owned store and this is not a corporate mandate. As ashareholder and daily customer, I feel that if she wants to make up her own pandemic policies, she should open her own coffeehouse and have at it. Read more

They are very very slow and always out of something. Want a pumpkin spiced latte? They are out of pumpkin syrup. Want a... peppermint mocha? They are out of peppermint. Want almond milk? Nope. They don?t have it ?today?. And I don?t get coffeeall that often. I would say in the last 2 months I have gotten coffee maybe 10 times, and at least half of those times theyweren?t able to fulfill the order because some ingredient wasn?t available. Not to mention that in comparison with other LongIsland Starbucks locations, this one is extremely slow. If you?re in a hurry, you?ll be sorry you placed an order here. Especially since there is absolutely no cell service in this shopping center and their Wi-Fi can be really spotty so you won?tbe able to communicate to anyone that you?re stuck there. It?s a shame this is my local Starbucks. For such a luxurious areawe should have much better service. Read more
