Not only did they forget about our table. They forgot to bring out my food. I had to physically get out of my seat and track... someone down. Let the server know I no longer wanted my food do to it taking so long and bad service. The manager brought thefood anyways and insisted that it was free so to leave at the table even though i had said no. He said he rather have it outthen to throw it away. I had lost my appetite by then. I was charged almost 100 dollars for 2 drinks and a terrible burger theyremoved my food from the bill once I ask the server (manager never did). I will never set a step back at this place ever again.Save your money and go else where. Read more

We have been to this location 3 times, only able to eat once. The first time, the service was really slow, but we gave it a... pass because I know the service industry was hit hard with short staffing. The apps were good, drinks were good, we took ourfood to go (because it took so long). We gave them a second shot- went and the sign was out to "seat our selves". We sat outsideand, after about 10 minutes, a server came to tell us they werent taking tables outside. No problem. We went inside, but allthe open tables were dirty. We waited by one for someone to clean it. While we were waiting, another couple came in- and theywere escorted to an open table (by the same server that told us to come inside), which was promptly cleaned and they weresat... so we left. The third time- lets just say was the last time. I think this place has real potential to be good- but Iwould not recommend, based on the poor customer service. Read more
The dry rub chicken wings were awesome. Our waitress didn't really know bar drinks...so check and make sure you are getting what... you ordered. The music was good also. Read more

This was my first time trying this location. The customer service was what sold me over the most! As soon as we walked in the... door, we were greeted and informed that we could sit anywhere - we decided to sit outside. One of their bartenders/ servers bythe name of Anthony was excellent! He provided TOP NOTCH service. He was very attentive to my colleagues dietary needs andremember our unique orders without writing it down! We were the only guest outside but Anthony kept checking on us and made usfeel very welcome. I wish more people in the customer service business were more like him. The food was promptly served anddelivered hot and fresh. Looking on the inside of the establishments, you can tell it has the normal ambiance of a bar, but, inall, a pleasurable experience. Read more
I have mix feelings about this place. I like the ambiance. Good place to hang out with friends. I do feel that the staff need to... be friendlier and more accommodating. Drinks are pretty good. Read more
Just found this place, and it was definitely great. Good ambiance, food was great, and our waitress was really nice and kind,... she gave us very good recommendations. Ordered the calamari and honey jalapeno wings, and they were so good! Will be coming backfor sure. Read more
