Great food. The wings were perfect, both traditional and bone out. The saucy chicken sandwich was good. I had put mango habanero... on it. I like that with this sandwich you have the option to put ANY of the sauces that you want on it. The only bad part ofthis visit, why it got 1 star less, is the wait. We came in the middle of the day at around 2pm. The restaurant was not even athalf capacity and yet we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Pretty good food to just chill and enjoy while watching sports on the many screens around the establishment. Got the free... boneless wings Thursday deal. Pretty good deal. Ate some Honey BBQ sauce on my boneless wings. Delicious with the white sauce inthe side. Read more

Staff is great, food was good, manager was really awesome. My only reason going to a 4 was BWW app ordering is buggy to say the... least. Trying to call the store to see if they had my order I just kept getting a message that no one was able to answer thephone. On e I got to the restaurant they took care of everything promptly and professional. Read more
I ordered delivery and was informed that the location was behind and they were waiting to pick it up. Totally understandable... given a football Sunday. When we did finally get our food it was really disappointing. The wings barely had sauce on them andyou could see breading everywhere. Was going to just dip them in sauces.. but they did not give us the condiments that we paidfor. Tried to call the location and no one answers the phone. Do not recommend at all. Read more
I love BWW but?. We ordered online for pick up, they took over an hour to have our order ready, we walked around the mall to... kill time, we never got an email saying that our order was ready for pick up. We decided to go check if our order was ready andit was but we still had to wait 10 more minutes because they were behind a lot of orders. Our fries were cold and hard and thechicken wings were cold too. We asked for 1 blue cheese and 3 ranch and they gave us 4 blue cheese and NO RANCH!!! P.s. ifyou?re looking to dine in here, they do ask for vaccine card. I recommend to go elsewhere. Read more
I very rarely give bad reviews but thid place is a joke. An almost empty restraunt yet the wait is 20 to 30 minute. Why is... there a wait. Then when you get seated the service is terrible and the time it takes to get your meal is excessive and they wereout of several things. Including onion rings so we were unable to order the sampler appetizer because they said corporatedoesn't allow substitutions. I usually love BWW but this location is definitely not the location you want to come to. Saveyourself the time. Read more
